    @EE I need someone to help me. I have topped up my Wifi mini but I cant get it added on to my data. It keeps telling me to connect to EEwifi and I cant do it from my phone as its a giffgaff sim. It wont let me from the laptop either

    what a nightmare i have accidentally let my battery of phone die and then proceeded to lock my sim when i tried to use it again. So i goto GIFFGAFF and try and get a PUK .. and the PUK is not working (maybe cause i am abroad) what a nightmare

    If the government booster text is an emergency alert, bit odd that so many mobile providers didn't send it. I'm on ee and got it. I'm also on GiffGaff, and I didn't.

    @AFDIT @giffgaff There is no email or live chat support,only the agent system,one other option though would be to follow @giffgaff here at Twitter and send them a DM.

    @Seanr712 @giffgaff I tried them, it was a couple of years back and whilst OK at the start I ended up with some issue that seemed to take forever to resolve - think it a similar issue to yrs, data bag thing. Gave up in the end and went PAYG with Vodafone, no issues whatsoever.
