@KerryScottMcNa1 Hi Kerry. This indicates that you need an eSIM, and we do not support eSIMs unfortunately - giffgaff Jade

  • AmAProperJoke Paul Burke (@AmAProperJoke) reported

Giffgaff may be a cheap network, but it's the worst one EVER when you're having issues. There's literally nobody you can speak to, it's all done via messages and emails. What should be 30 seconds is taking days!!!

  • razak_alli Alli Segosime Razak (@razak_alli) reported

Over 20mins of intl calls & @giffgaff charged me less than £2. I don't miss the DARK days when @O2 will charge me £5 4 calls not up to 5mins. Plus a very stressful customer service. @O2 legit charged £15 and gave me 15G😭. A week later giffgaf offered 100G for £20. DARK DAYS

@rhatica_gazma Oh dear, Ruth. Please can you clear your cache, cookies and web history then try this again. Please also try using a different browser or device, as this should help - giffgaff Jade

  • rhatica_gazma Ruth Marx (@rhatica_gazma) reported

@giffgaff Neither of those those things helped. It’s a problem on the account. Also, I bought a goodybag on the 20th Dec but it never got activated.

@giffgaff All this frustrating garbage would be avoided if you allowed multiple sims to be managed from a single account. Feels like bloody amateur hour.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@wiredfire The battery will be in full working order, as we check battery life before the phones go out to our members. However, if there are any issues then all refurbished phones on giffgaff are covered under a 12-month warranty - giffgaff Jade
