@DrSamHayes1 There could be many factos causing this Sam, and without further checks within your account, or further troubleshooting being completed, we're unable to say why. A different SIM may be needed, and testing with a different phone can rule out phone issues. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff I am aware you are on line are your agents not your customer service ?

  • DrSamHayes1 Dr Sam Hayes (@DrSamHayes1) reported

@giffgaff It’s not a temporary signal issue. It’s a complete failure of your network to actually provide coverage. I’ve done all your community advice stuff and fiddled with settings and all sorts. It’s just useless.

  • Mart_Cai Mart Cai (@Mart_Cai) reported

@giffgaff Did you get hacked or something? Haven’t had any network coverage at all, all day. Not that full bars is ever a thing with you guys.

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@drvape999 We ask our members to send us DM's so that you're not publicly posting your full postcode to us. The only ongoing issue that we were aware of, was for Aberdeenshire, which has since been resolved. If there is an issue showing, this should be resolved soon. - giffgaff Jeanette
