I live in a rural location and my phone is my emergency backup, should my broadband connection die. @giffgaff has proven to be unreliable too many times now. Where I live I have to choose between EE, Vodafone and O2 (which Giff Gaff runs on)

Time to move away from @giffgaff as their service is just too poor. At home signal dips in and out at random. In Plymouth, in several places my phone shows connectivity, but I have none

@WilliamNB @AusterfieldM @O2 Never forget that as a MVNO, GiffGaff did not have priority access to their signal. For quality (but not price) you’re always better off with the real operator. And if you depend on it to work, mobile (& broadband) is not the best place to save money :-(

@giffgaff Hi Elmer, I've logged a ticket but wondered if its a known issue. I can deal with a double top up, just as long as both payments hit my account. Only one showing, even though there's two order transactions. Very odd!
