Reaz (@reazemon) reported@giffgaff I have transferred my number from O2 to Giffgaff. PAC sent and transfer in progress - have ZERO network for last 2 days & ghosted by your CS team. No response on any of my multiple messages and support tickets. Save me from this misery please. Regret switching, shame!

Your website says no network problems. O2 reports same. Problem now reported to O2 (25547333) - but please advise.
