@doctorhammond @O2 @giffgaff I got charged £100 as soon as we touched down in Doha airport last month, despite using no data at all with O2

  • tambourine charlotte geater (@tambourine) reported

@giffgaff Hi we know it’s not an issue with our location because I’m on o2 and it works fine. Also we travelled to somewhere else yesterday and had the same issue.

  • NemesisRides Janus🇺🇦🕊 (@NemesisRides) reported

Why do you not cover Guernsey in you data package #giffgaff? My husband is with you but now can't use his phone as you don't count it to be in either Europe or the UK which it's a part of. My O2 account covered it no problem so why don't you?

  • AJPendleton Andrew Pendleton (@AJPendleton) reported

Of course this is a minor problem and I’m lucky to be on hols, but lots of @giffgaff users will be relying on data when in EU and families holidaying using streaming services for kids entertainment or for directions. And it’s wrong of @giffgaff to say ‘just like at home.’

  • erdiliel83 Erdiliel (@erdiliel83) reported

@giffgaff was trying to activate my SIM, but after I selected my recurring goodybag the payment screen just kept spinning. Goodybag shows as pending now, and I can’t progress with activating SIM, as it asks me to add another goodybag! Please help!

  • Stevie11White Stevie White (@Stevie11White) reported

@RobbieKnox @giffgaff I’ve always been with Vodafone. Never had any problems and I can use calls and texts as normal plus 25GB most places abroad.

@giffgaff im having a issue where my 4G isnt working on anything internet wise for the past few days and I've done everything the website says to try

  • stewpid2 Stewart Cook (@stewpid2) reported

Disappointed that after 10 years with @giffgaff you wait till my penultimate day to let me down.

  • brookexneilson « brooke - stream feel the floor » (@brookexneilson) reported

@RobbieKnox @giffgaff been with EE for nearly 10 years, never had any issues

  • cl0oudcity Jack Bonner (Mammatus) (@cl0oudcity) reported

@RobbieKnox @giffgaff Judging by the way each network dealt with me being scammed into taking out multiple contracts by an old school 'friend', I'd say o2. They sorted it virtually straight away. But as for sim only deals it's hard to say as I've always just upgraded. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
