    @giffgaff network 4-5g issues not working at all or at very very slow speeds in derry. Any reason or when it will be fixed

    @JasonScargill Thanks for confirming. This is usually a security block, but it's not always clear why this happens. Sometimes disconnecting from the WiFi can help. This is generally a temporary issue so allowing some time before retrying can work too - giffgaff Hannah
