    .@VodafoneUK poor customer service. Trans 2 @giffgaff after years @Vodafone. PAC trans not completed properly, phone SIM locked, charged additional month. Have to reload software 4 phone to work. 30 mins into cust service call still no refund 4 cancelled service. #poorservice

    @giffgaff @keliroberts95 Hi @giffgaff I am experiencing the same issue is Coventry West Midlands and have been for 2 days. Have tried troubleshooting bits and bobs
