Cherico 🌻 (@ChericoRoo) reported@giffgaff @JebbleG Sadly that rules you out for us. Our mobile signal at home is at best one bar so wifi calling is essential. Voxi have given less than a months notice that they are removing EU roaming due to ‘costs’ but refuse to reduce our plan price to compensate.

As there is no other issues with the network and the SIM can receive calls and texts from everyone else, then this would not appear to be a SIM issue - giffgaff Nicole

Jeremy (@JebbleG) reported@ChericoRoo @giffgaff Same problem here, literally can't make a single phone call without standing on the balcony and even then it's questionable. I've moved back to Smarty for WiFi calling + incl roaming but they were quite **** 1.5 year ago so fingers crossed

John Milan (@JMvanderBergh) reported@giffgaff So again the same issue, even tho I HAD activated recurring goodybag somehow my credit was spent. Really not cool @giffgaff, that's £10 in total that went into thin air. Seriously thinking about filing a formal complaint.

You are entitled to a maximum of 63 days of EU roaming after UK usage is detected in any four-month period, with data use capped at 20GB per goodybag. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

who me? (@question_dog) reported@giffgaff it's only when things go wrong when you see how good or bad a company really is. Trying to activate a replacement sim but your system has been down all weekend. Have you tried turning it off then on again? Or is nobody at work until Tuesday?
