@stephennaylor @gav @giffgaff Problem here is O2. I gave up using them for data, just so I reliable. Full reception, can't load pages. Then 5 minutes later get a burst of 30 seconds of speedy internet then goes again.

@giffgaff Update, the agent "as a gesture of goodwill" refunded the sms charges, as if that was the point. Either my sim has been cloned or giffgaff has a billing issue. Given no one has had access to the sim its been cloned without access or before giffgaff sent it me. Both major issues

@giffgaff Hi I’ve tried both the app and the website. My card details are up to date and I usually have a recurring goody bag. Think something is broken as I’ve not been able to add credit all week but thought it was because I was abroad
