I've always enjoyed being with @giffgaff, but your signal of late is atrocious. Every other time I take out one of my phones it's on no service no matter where I am. What has happened in the last few months that has made your service deteriorate? 😐 #Giffgaff #PoorService

@giffgaff The issue I have is that I need access to my emails- however the verification code is sent to my old phone/number (which I have lost). I also can’t request my giffgaff membername / reset my password because that is sent to my email - which I can’t access without my number 😩
