@rowdy_claire @O2 @giffgaff I still have a year in my contract and can’t afford to buy out but I won’t be staying when it’s up, even if my work gets me discount. It’s next to impossible to speak to anyone! It’s terrible! Never had this issue when I was with EE!

@AntiSilence666 @giffgaff That's not a bad shout. For all I use the phone for, and especially over this pandemic I feel we've all been ripped off because we're using WiFi not cell data.

@RedDevils_74 @giffgaff Yes she won't have any problems (I use the same one in a 4G phone) giffgaff just need to explain things a bit better,the golden goodybags are the only ones that include 5G but they can still be used with any phone.

@GrahamBarnfield @giffgaff Well idiot features! I have an ongoing monthly direct debit for a sim only service. I think you’ll find that constitutes a contract in law. It may only be a month long repeating one but nevertheless a contract. Pay attention! Dunces cap for you!
