@MXOFO We don't do contracts as we're a PAYG network, however, we do have the option for our members to recur their goodybags monthly. As long as you have UK usage, you'll be eligible to use your goodybag in the EU. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@oneplus when will you allow 5G to be used on 5G enabled devices that use the O2/giffgaff carrier? This issue has been going on for over a year and customers are leaving oneplus due to this

@BobbyCombellack Hi Bobby. It can take up to 24 hours from yactivation for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

All the lights flickered & then our local neighbourhood had a power outage. Lasted about 4mins but local WAN seems to be down for multiple ISPs/methods... (Virgin broadband/EE 4G/Giffgaff(O2) 4G). Interesting breakage! ⚡

@giffgaff forgetting to renew your card details so your regular goodybag doesn't recur, and you end up using all your credit in one day because you didn't realise is the worst feeling :(

@just_j0 What network is she with Jo? I had to move from EE to GiffGaff. Although I'm nowhere near Huddersfield. But I've had many friends have to switch from EE. GiffGaff use 02 so anyone offering good O2 rates.
