Seems I'm going to have to part ways with @giffgaff which I'm sad about. My house is in a mobile blackspot and it's getting harder to persuade people to use my landline. And GiffGaff don't support WiFi calling in any useable way. Who's a good mobile provider without a contract?

  • simonvc Simon Vans-Colina (@simonvc) reported

GiffGaff just charged me £6 to delete 2 voice mail messages (from .SG). I literally never want to receive a voice mail or a telephone call ever again. Phone calls can go the way of the fax as far as i care.

@giffgaff The last time I came back to giffgaff it was this bad for the download speed

@giffgaff 0-1 bars signal all day your having a joke

  • Hnc365 Howard Croston 🟠 🏁🇬🇧🇬🇬 (@Hnc365) reported

@giffgaff @cag352 I left O2 with an expensive price increasing contract and came over to @giffgaff to get exactly the same network coverage and paying alot less for alot more data etc. I pay £10 a month for 15gb and often receive a goodybag extra of a further 1gb. Wife and family have now joined

@O2 @giffgaff Why has there been zero signal of any kind in Bournemouth town centre for over a year. Yet, if i stand on the beach I can enjoy 5g from Orange in France!!!

  • ExasperatedOf Daniel Morris (@ExasperatedOf) reported

hey @giffgaff are your login and DNS really messed up today, or have you added @ICOnews to the list of Adult sites? (requiring passport upload to unlock, despite recurring credit card payments "proving" >18)

  • pmcpface Peter (@pmcpface) reported

@LeonaONeill1 @SkyHelpTeam As a short term back up, order a GiffGaff sim and put it in a phone set up as a hotspot. For £20 you can buy a "goodybag" which will give you 80GB and you should have more than enough bandwidth even on 4G to satisfy your family needs. I did it when Virgin let me down last year.

@giffgaff My details have disappeared at the log on stage. I tried getting help with password etc. I asked for a text (twice) and an email (to two different addresses) the webpage says password reset sent. IT HASN'T BEEN! Can't contact via phone or email so here I am asking you!
