    Can you urgently respond to my case @giffgaff. I am now on my 11th day with no network or data access and you are preventing me moving my number to another network. This is appalling. For this whole period all you say is that you're working on it, with no resolution timescale.

    @josephjscollen @giffgaff How did you get on Joe? Been having this trouble for about 2 weeks now, many other on different networks saying the same. Can just be down to outages and areas with low signal.

    @giffgaff unfortunately I woke up today with my SIM card not working. I have taken it out and put it back in and it just won’t work,I don’t want to get a new sim card as I still have a goody bag active and don’t want to lose it what do I do?

    @giffgaff Just moved home from abroad, got a GiffGaff SIM paid £20 yesterday ready for a drive up to Scotland today. It’s still got no signal… :( Now I have to go on a road trip without any calls/texts/data. Any resolve? 🥺 #giffgaff #help

    @giffgaff My daughter is having a problem with her data. Is there a helpline we can call? You’ve sent an email saying where have you gone but it offers no option for further help,

    @RosieisaHolt We were in edinburgh at w/e. EE was terrible, so was Smarty (especially at Pleasance) but friend on GiffGaff had full signal all the time.
