@giffgaff hi, I hope you can help. My mother in law is on your network and she’s been notified by her bank that someone has contacted you pretending to be her and requested a new SIM card. Can you get in touch so she can get it sorted? Thanks

@ThreeUK My husband and I had to spend out on giffgaff and Skype as we needed to talk to and be called back by a doctor today but had zero coverage! Our signal is still not back. Really annoying timing that our phones are basically out of action!

@crunchy_nougat Because they want to trick you into thinking you are getting a good deal. I stopped buying both together about 4 years ago. Better thing I did. I get my phones from GiffGaff (better price and unlocked) and data-only plans from EE. Never looked back.

@steven_tillett We're sorry to hear this Steven. When a recurring goodybag is enabled, this is added from your card or PayPal, not your balance. Send us a DM however and we'll help get this resolved. - giffgaff Jeanette
