@giffgaff What's happening? It's been two days that the network is unavailable. Today it is worse. I could hardly send this reply after hours of trying. Please fix it ASAP. Working from home is a struggle.

How is it possible that I am still stuck on a 3G network with @giffgaff when I signed up for a 5G plan. They should at least have 100% LTE/4G by now. Monthly cost in the US might be higher, but at least we get a decent network. #fail

@MartinSLewis I’m paying £8 a month and my wife £6 a month. We don’t want to move because we are with GiffGaff and we like them, Sure, we could save a few quid but it’s really not a problem. We’re happy with GiffGaff.

@giffgaff not happy. You've taken £6.00 from my bank account. I thought once I had paid £6.00, that was it - I thought giffgaff was pay as you go. I would like to cancel the payment, which I can't even do, as I haven't received a link to reset my password. Absolutely dire.

@SpeedbirdFan Hi. It can take up to 24 hours from activation for the services to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot the phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

@alexbloor @Johndevine @giffgaff Yeah. They have an actual trial with real (hmm!) esims. I have one phone with an eSIM. In an iPhone. As I have a feeling that’s the only thing they launched the trial with. They even have support pages for it.

@MartinSLewis It’s about giffgaff, right? I have paid less than £50 per month for 4 phones for 10 plus years. Data varies - 10, 20, unlimited - but the worst that happens if you run out a week early - buy another “Goodybag” (the name they give their tariffs). Probably happened 5 times.
