    @giffgaff here's a question, what do you do with £5 bonus credit? Myself and both my kids have it on account but we buy goodiebags every month and never need calls, texts or data. Can you use the credit towards a goodiebag?

    @JohnHurst @giffgaff The response I got from their help was to check hardware, reset phone, remove and put sim back in etc. None of which has worked, these pings worked last week, not working now. So I've started a move to another provider. Only been with giffgaff 3 months.

    @jimijames63 Hi Jimi. To fix the mast, we need to get into the site. We’re currently talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. In the meantime, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data. We’ll update you by Monday 9th May 2022 - giffgaff Jade

    @AlxMakes It seems that the SIM swap has gone through Alex, so keep track of the community link given, as it is likely this is why the new SIM is not working due to our service issue. We are working as hard as we can to resolve this quickly. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @sumlin @O2 O2 are up there as one of the worst customer experiences of all time, switched to giffgaff 10 years ago for 30gig at that price and a friendly text letting me know if I’m using enough to justify that monthly package

    Hey UK friends. What mobile network are you with? I'm with BT and coverage in Twickenham is bad (2 bars indoor outdoor). Teddington was even worse - 1 bar or no service. I'm looking for a provider who offers WiFi calling: @SMARTYMobileUK or @giffgaff (no WiFi calls so unlikely)
