@giffgaff Hi Team, It has been more than two weeks , but your team has not been able to reactivate my number after we blocked it , as the phone was lost.They keep giving standard replies like change sim and restart phone which never works. Complaint ID - 210808 000517

@EE Just switched to giffgaff (service from O2 - mast behind Fire Station!) Took number with me. Half EE price and a strong signal whole time. Now I can make calls whenever I like, texts are sent as soon as I hit send, and phone pings as soon as WhatsApps and texts are sent to me.

@giffgaff The issue I have is that I need access to my emails- however the verification code is sent to my old phone/number (which I have lost). I also can’t request my giffgaff membername / reset my password because that is sent to my email - which I can’t access without my number 😩
