@O2 I don't think O2 or giffgaff can rebuild my flat, every cellphone service doesn't work in my bedroom. I will switch to O2 if need be!

@giffgaff @CharleyASmith_ Resetting the password is successful however the issue remains. Same error. Also I had to request a reset link via a text message as requesting it via email did not work. Please fix your issues ASAP!!! This is ridiculous!

@fangirlfading I absolutely do get reception in the Clyde tunnel ...not even a blip as I drive through it..an old iPhone 8 and a Giffgaff sim ! However I do not get radio reception which always crackles and cuts off as soon as I enter the tunnel.Never really understood why the difference.
