So glad this will be my last evening for a while and I only got this phone this month. thank @giffgaff for spying and assuming and trying to smite me with injections. They never answered who they assumed I was with. Nor why they don't get what a guideline is.

  • petecoo1978 Trelawney 🇺🇦 (@petecoo1978) reported

@giffgaff Yes I had credit. I found the problem, the message app I was using was blocking the text, all good now thank you for your reply

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@X_eLle_S @giffgaff This is because call barring is switched on in your phone settings,it's not a network problem. You need to do a quick Google search for "switch off call barring on your phone make and model"and you should find the default pin code for your model.

  • javedmann Javed Mansuri (@javedmann) reported

@giffgaff Can someone follow up with the agent ? I have updated incident, so that agent can respond on time ?

  • O2 O2 in the UK (@O2) reported

@beesinateacup Hi Lorna 😞 Was the phone purchased from O2 directly, or Giffgaff? if the phone was purchased from us, but the Giffgaff sim works in it, this would mean the phone is unlocked, as it wouldn't work if the phone was locked to O2, even though they use our network.

  • javedmann Javed Mansuri (@javedmann) reported

@giffgaff That means there is no support immediately, right in case of any emergency issue like sim lost mobile lost and activate new sim asap. @UswitchUK

  • _gordongeorge Gordon (@_gordongeorge) reported

@giffgaff your app bug is still there. I pay for a Goodybag, the confirmation wording says new Goodybag starts on 23rd April. When I look on my account it says, correctly, the Goodybag starts on 23rd March. Reported this many times. Plse don't ask for more info. But plse fix it.
