@giffgaff I bought refurbished iPhone Max XS off you with status "like NEW". We sent ph back for 3rd time battery does not charge + microphone has never ever worked properly. Today received an email from you asking for £559 to repair ph when it is STILL IN WARRANTY !! #GIFFGAFF

@giffgaff You’ve responded with absolute rubbish, as stated in my DM’s… It asks me to reset my password yet if you actually read my issue, I clearly state that I CANT LOG IN, CANT RECEIVE TEXTS AND ARENT RECEIVING YOUR PASSWORD RESET EMAILS!!!

Can’t log in on app or desktop, even with SAVED password and login, asked to reset password and no email comes through, can’t get text verification as they’ve cut my phone and can’t ask agents as can’t log in. Absolutely awful service
