区区本喵 (@WoPosth) reportedI'm so disappointed about giffgaff suspended my SIM card. As a Chinese, I consistently feel discriminated by the rest of the world. I'm trying to exodus to a normal country to be treated like an ordinary earth human being. I just need some basic AI service natively as they are.

Vexed ✝️🇬🇧🏴🇮🇷🇮🇱 (@AbsolutelyVexed) reported@DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

MRP (@MRP_YT) reported@giffgaff Web based only ? How convenient. After lengthy email chain with David, received email from Aoife. Telling me that it can't help. WHAT? Are you actually care about customer requests?
-
A.Brown (@_DundeePerfect_) reported@MaryKenny4 The only time you get contacted by say giffgaff as an example is when have not topped a number for so long and even then they don't phone, they'll text or email. To prevent Junk Calls, never give your main number to anyone other than F&F, Dr, Bank, Work/School, or get 2sim phone
-
kakarot (@kakarotx92) reported@giffgaff your mobile service is a disgrace. You should quit now instead of robbing
-
sable (@SableVex) reported@Arsemicke @dbcxptures Can only speak for myself mate and it’s a drastic difference. In the midlands and I haven’t had any issues since switching from giffgaff.
-
giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported@ARRelectech Hello Diablo, this does sound frustrating. You've mentioned another sim works in your phone, this would suggest there's an issue / fault that's developed with the existing sim you're using, and you'll need to complete a sim swap on your account - giffgaff Mark

MrRee (@MrReeSolutions) reported@oliverhenry @FelixAmazonCat Gonna be as bad a GiffGaff no doubt.
-
Simon (@Simonli127) reported@giffgaff @EdisonChu10 You never clearly informed customers of any time limit, such as 14 or 30 days. This is misleading and feels like consumer fraud.
-
Rhoda (@UkRhoda) reported@giffgaff How can a “service” company run with zero customer service/help and no phone number? What nonsense! Scammers!
