    giffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK β†’ instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.

    @giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle

    @dbcxptures i've had no issues with voxi and i've been with them for years (it's a little expensive if you want a realistically useable amount of data though, imo, compared to giffgaff for e.g. it's worth it for the consistency in signal/availability though)

    Dear Ofcom Complaints Team, ​I activated and topped up my account on 13 July. Although I have not been using the service outside the UK for an extended period, giffgaff used an undisclosed restriction to disconnect my service and refused my refund.@giffgaff @Ofcom

When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah
