A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Also, Three and Vodafone customers can now use each others network since they were merged

Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

Chris Tait (@chris_tait) reported@O2 @giffgaff hi, Iβve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state thereβs a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you canβt. ETA on fix?
