Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@giffgaff why can I not connect to the internet with my plan? It’s frustrating & you have no call centre. Can’t talk to anyone to sort it out. Just a minefield of Q&As. I need help otherwise I’ll go somewhere else. Simple really.

@WilliamNB @giffgaff BT and Talk Talk do this too with wired phone/internet. They also threaten to charge you if the 'fault is in your home'. You have to unscrew things on the wall and jump through hoops before deciding that it's the unplugged wire in the telephone exchange that's causing the problem
