Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@Chlozbo Hi Chloe, this is not all @giffgaff doing but your device too. If it is an iPhone you need to change your number to the ported (old number) then switch off iMessages and FaceTime all in your settings. And switch them back on. This should fix it. If it isn’t an iPhone,post back

@bt_uk I might add that my house doesn’t work without internet; I’m not just being a diva, it’s a real problem. No internet means no heat, limited burglar alarm (people in my neighbourhood are trying doors) etc. I’ve managed to cobble together something with a 4G giffgaff dongle

@SMARTYMobileUK No you don’t understand because you’re not in my situation I can’t contact anybody for free days it’s not acceptable giffgaff do why can’t you cancel the Sim when it arrives why does it have to be straight away I just don’t get it

@wiredfire The battery will be in full working order, as we check battery life before the phones go out to our members. However, if there are any issues then all refurbished phones on giffgaff are covered under a 12-month warranty - giffgaff Jade
