@giffgaff I bought a second hand iPhone 8 2 months ago and the camera doesn’t focus despite me trying all the trouble shooting. It seems my only option is to send it in for a repair and be phoneless? Or just buy another…what do you suggest? I need my phone for work.

  • comrade_chungus ??? (@comrade_chungus) reported

@giffgaff ... I'll never ever use your company again, and will urge others to do the same. I've contacted an agent to dispute the ridiculous quote given, but I'd like to raise a formal complaint too regarding the conduct of your teams responsible for...

@giffgaff hi, I've had no phone signal all day, yet being told no issue. Have tried rebooting phone x3, checked all settings etc and all good. Hubby on same network with you and he's the same

@BellaRoscetti @ollieburtonmed Me too - I bought a second hand iphone from GiffGaff, a model only a few years old but for half the price, only thing was slightly degraded battery life but not a huge issue. Paying that off over 2 years + voxi came to £29 pm!

Thanks for your advice everyone. It appears that @giffgaff is overwhelmingly the most popular suggestion amongst you, but I still have to pay over £1000 in rentals before I can consider moving from the crooks at @EE. Do any providers help facilitating the move?

  • Bostonian7119 The Bostonian (@Bostonian7119) reported

@giffgaff I haven't received an email to reset my account. I just want to cancel my subscription please.

  • comrade_chungus ??? (@comrade_chungus) reported

Photo 2 shows the absolute cheek of their subsequent trade in quote for my near-perfect iPhone X. £29 offered down from £145 due to some non-existent 'screen burn' Incredibly shady practice from @giffgaff, to first send me a non as described product and then subsequently...

  • comrade_chungus ??? (@comrade_chungus) reported

@ijjeeezy @giffgaff Even if customer services are helpful why are they trying to ***** people out of money on trade ins? there’s hundreds of reviews online where people accuse them of falsifying condition reports in order to give low quotes. Borderline illegal IMO

  • Massi889 Massimiliano Monaco (@Massi889) reported

@giffgaff I can’t buy any data! Keeps saying you cannot process payments at the time but it’s been so for the past 3 days help a brother out x
