    @virginmedia have you had a most-of-the-day outage in the OX14 area ? My GiffGaff (i.e. O2) fall back gave up, which is usually a sign of abnormal load on their side - many people going from cable to 4G/5G.

    @giffgaff This still doesn’t fix the issue. My email has 2FA active. I left 2FA off for giffgaff so I could access my account from anywhere to request a sim. I will not be able to access my email until I have my phone number HANDY

    @giffgaff yep and all the other issues i have. basically ignored. they only focused on the fact i asked for a refund. abit like you just did in relation to the other messages ive sent
