    @mand282 Hi Amanda. Unfortunately, when you port your giffgaff number to another network you will lose any remaining credit and allowances including any payback you may have earned as per our terms - giffgaff Nicole

  • BobPrydderch Bob Prydderch (@BobPrydderch) reported

    @giffgaff Nicole, your agent is just saying” you are entitled to nothing” I repeat, I have paid for a service, no service is not a service. I want to tell everyone what Giffgaff’s approach is to a customer who has paid for a service but is getting “ no service “ and that is NOTHING”

  • Iron14Lion S (@Iron14Lion) reported

    If you want to go in a genuine time machine, use @giffgaff 4G. It's like Dial-up Internet from the late 90s. #crap #giffgaff

  • lulli_gang FTG (@lulli_gang) reported

    @giffgaff @HuffPost Shame your network is ****

  • jacekwojt jacek wojt (@jacekwojt) reported from Bromley, England

    @giffgaff I need to leave you due to conx issues. I've requested my pac and am running down my allowance. It was at 3.23 when you topped me up by £10. Please refund this as I've just lost my job and can't afford to waste this money.

  • tescomobile Tesco Mobile (@tescomobile) reported

    @gez_666 @giffgaff Thanks for the information. I'm not aware of any known system issues. Did the phone shop call Customer Care? - Laura

  • Lawrencemuraga Lawrence (@Lawrencemuraga) reported

    @giffgaff I have been with giffgaff for a year only complain the network they use is crap am forever asking people there wifi passwords when I have unlimited data

  • prue_evans Polly Anna (@prue_evans) reported

    @Mandoline_Blue I'm with giffgaff - very cheap on o2 network, which is patchy. And bad in Moseley. Very cheap, however, I have unlimited calls and texts, 80 gig data which replaces broadband al for 20 quid a month.

  • testedbylife Richard Fröhlich #StandWithUkraine🇺🇦 (@testedbylife) reported

    @Mandoline_Blue @GTTO__ Try GiffGaff for sim- no contract, move tariff up or down each month. My 2 phones cost £10 and £6 pm. Avoid Vodafone like the plague.
