  @giffgaff still waiting no engineer appointment ask for that useless link i cant even send message, blocks me with a ticket issued message, no customer service is a big red flag but inspite of that will give you 1 week i hear nothing i shall go elsewhere who knows maybe stick with @bt_uk

  @giffgaff URGENT FRAUD – My giffgaff SIM appears to have been fraudulently transferred to another device today. My phone suddenly lost service and I can no longer log into my account. Please immediately suspend the SIM and lock the account to prevent misuse. ***417

  I’ll never ******* forget when I first moved her and my dad took me to get a plan (I had my own device) I couldn’t believe it. Going from £15 a month unlimited everything on GiffGaff to $120 with Telus literally brought tears to my eyes.
