Managed to free myself from the main stream phone 📞 provider. However #giffgaff using @O2 means my signal 📡 now drops out. 📴 🤔

@MarkFlatley @giffgaff @EE It’s crazy how bad mobile signal is in the UK. I’ve NEVER had a black spot in Thailand, even on ferries crossing the sea. EE served me well last time out. 👍

  • ExasperatedOf Daniel Morris (@ExasperatedOf) reported

hey @giffgaff are your login and DNS really messed up today, or have you added @ICOnews to the list of Adult sites? (requiring passport upload to unlock, despite recurring credit card payments "proving" >18)

  • KyahMusic Kyah_Music (@KyahMusic) reported

@giffgaff Just looked on that link and don't see a section for my issue. My Sim card which was a replacement after loosing a phone some years ago doesn't show anything other than 3G. Thought it was the phone but now I have new phone the problem is still there.

  • pmcpface Peter (@pmcpface) reported

@LeonaONeill1 @SkyHelpTeam As a short term back up, order a GiffGaff sim and put it in a phone set up as a hotspot. For £20 you can buy a "goodybag" which will give you 80GB and you should have more than enough bandwidth even on 4G to satisfy your family needs. I did it when Virgin let me down last year.

  • btc8500 Jason (@btc8500) reported

@giffgaff The last time I came back to giffgaff it was this bad for the download speed

  • simonvc Simon Vans-Colina (@simonvc) reported

GiffGaff just charged me £6 to delete 2 voice mail messages (from .SG). I literally never want to receive a voice mail or a telephone call ever again. Phone calls can go the way of the fax as far as i care.

  • MarkFlatley Mark Flatley (@MarkFlatley) reported

@MattCottam4 @giffgaff @EE That’s fair mate! I did a speed test earlier, 1 bar in my house (cause sky broadband went down, shock!!) I didn’t even get 2mbps!

  • Frankie78034856 Frankie Macrow, CheddarBirder (@Frankie78034856) reported

@Moorlandbirder I use giffgaff which runs on the O2 network. Found it better than T-Mobile but certainly gaps on the Mendip and other more remote areas

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@liambrazier Unfortunately that's all we can advise Liam, as we are unable to block numbers from our end. Depending on the phone there are some apps you can get to block numbers. Alternatively, if it's that bad you can change the number - giffgaff Nicole

  • JoIrish3 JoIrish (@JoIrish3) reported

@giffgaff Hi. I am trying to top up with O2 vouchers and it is not working. Please advise
