    @giffgaff I’ve tried the buy a goody bag, yesterday and today and it’s not working, my goody bag hasn’t been activated

    @O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

    @giffgaff Hi Jade. I did all of this last month with no luck. I just need you to check my bank details and work out why this is happening. Thanks to you, I’m not only £20 down on payments for an account I don’t have, I also have to pay unauthorised overdraft payments and a lowered credit

    @CraftyNigel I'm very sorry again Nigel. GiffGaff use the same network infrastructure as ourselves (O2). If this is the expected level of service for the area, it will most likely impact yourself if you were to join us. If this is everywhere you go, it will be SIM or phone related - Callum

    Anyone on Giffgaff or other MVNOs get the “Boxing Day Booster” text message? Got one on EE, but not Giffgaff… can’t help think that some of the lower-cost PAYG networks might have been where that message might have been valuable and wondering if they got left out…

    @GeoCyberwolf Bought an iPhone 11 from Giffgaff Refurbs. Not had a single problem, battery lasts me all day. Imagine the newer models are even better.
