    @O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isnโ€™t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

    @HollySearle1 Yes, Iโ€™m with giffgaff too. Itโ€™s not just phones, Iโ€™d struggle to replace anything that was broken/repairable

    @2022Futurist @giffgaff Hi Shivvy, no need to panic in such instance. This sounds like a device issue and uโ€™ve rightly done one troubleshooting. Now test the gg sim in an unlocked or locked to o2 phone as well. If it works, issue is ur phone which I believe it is. No one can deactivate ur sim that way

    @EldrickPica I've never ever had EE match a deal successfully, and I've tried. Usually I end up getting a brand new contract with EE, from a third party, and then use a ยฃ10 GiffGaff SIM to use as a "bounce" so I can move my number to the new contract (you can't do EE->EE directly)
