@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

@giffgaff It’s a shame that your signal where I live has gone terrible. Never used to be like this. What’s changed? Going to have to look for a different provider… 🙁

Considering Virgin Media broadband but don't want a Hub 5? If you're in a VM full fibre area, GiffGaff broadband comes with an Eero 6+ and 900Mb (UP & DOWN) is just £32 per month, no mid contract increases. Use own router for upto 1.2Gb. Use referral code K0DEJXGV for £50 credit.

@AndrewRangerMP I just read your report on mobile coverage in Wrexham. Are you aware that Tesco and Giffgaff both use the O2 network and therefore their performance should be no different? Also, Three and Vodafone customers can now use each others network since they were merged

@KielyFergus Our agents will then get back to him via email as soon as possible to go through account verification to help access the account. - giffgaff Ann 2/2

  • ChokeLever
    Teddy (@ChokeLever) reported

@giffgaff Tbh I didn’t chose @virginmedia because their reviews are poor. I should’ve known better as it was still their engineer who failed to show up. #Frustrating, but for #giffgaff not to have any means of rectifying the issue is unacceptable. I am being penalised as a result.

@DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.
