  @O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

  @giffgaff I bought one of your sims in a time of need after being mugged and my phone being stolen, now i’ve found out that you’ve continued charging me despite me never signing up for a reoccurring deal, £40 down the drain, for a plan i never asked for or needed, not happy.

  @mylittle1andme Ebay giffgaff sims for as little as 20p. Use once every 180 days to keep it active. Dependant on your phone network lock. Some phones have dual sim slots too.
