@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

  • BradChanner Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@giffgaff Hello, I've noticed that every single morning from 04:00 - 08:00 your mobile network just doesn't exist in my area. WiFi is fine, if I swap to a different network it's fine, but if I use GiffGaff it doesn't work. Any issues at your end?

  • scwhite_1 Sarah White (@scwhite_1) reported

@giffgaff signal has been out for over a day - when is the mast near me going to be fixed please?

  • chris_fewings chris@fewings.uk (@chris_fewings) reported

@EE For some reason I can't send the text via GiffGaff (no problem with texts to 07 numbers). I don't have time to phone 150 today, or to mess around reinstalling the MyEe app. I'm not impressed that I can't send a message when I log into my a/c via browser.

  • JackpWild JackPWild (@JackpWild) reported

@giffgaff Do NOT buy a phone from giffguff. Refurbished phones are broken and they will not repair.

@boytozsy1fan007 No worries. If you've any issues removing it, we'd recommend contacting Apple to see if they can provide further help in removing your iCloud from the phone. We hope you enjoy the rest of your day. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • visitandtravel Richard (@visitandtravel) reported

@mountainsandsky @EE Three 4G is not available in our area - I did consider it, great prices. To be fair I also considered Giffgaff - they are slightly cheaper. Giffgaff use the O2 connection and I was concerned I would go over the acceptable usage amount. With EE it does not seem to be an issue.

  • manfrommaralea James McLaren (@manfrommaralea) reported

@TonyMoretta @myPhilTaylor @VodafoneUK The answer's a dual-SIM phone. For some reason Google, MS, Yahoo et al won't recognise my JT number range for sign-ups - and JT won't recognise this is an issue. Thank goodness for my giffgaff SIM.

@ClaireS72473185 You just need to select 'continue' under not a member, and follow the on screen instructions. Whenever you're asked for an incident number, you can select 'I don't have an incident number', and then 'Make a complaint' to continue. – giffgaff Ann. 2/2

@giffgaff I've had no signal since the weekend in Broadheath, Altrincham WA14. No 4G, can't even make a phonecall. Anything you can tell me? Cheers!
