    @giffgaff It’s a shame that your signal where I live has gone terrible. Never used to be like this. What’s changed? Going to have to look for a different provider… 🙁

    @teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

    @O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

    @giffgaff so two months with no service. Mast in CO7 0 area. Four phones not able to use internet or services. No updates, no service. Zero, Nada. Looks like I’ll have to find an alternative service provider eh? Or will a refund be forthcoming?

    Wow @giffgaff saying I'm a liar when I say my phone couldn't have been using data at 05h55 on 16/04 as I was sleeping and the phone was switched off. Great customer service!😡😡

    @giffgaff I just tried to use it to phone a number outside of my allowance and it says I can claim it every six months so I claimed it but it never went onto my account? So I can't phone the numbers I wanted to unless I top up again??
