@giffgaff I ordered the Huawei P30 yesterday and you guys have sent me the P30 Pro.. My moral compass feels bad for accepting this, please advise :)

  • BradChanner
Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

  • Asgharki
AzKhaaan × (@Asgharki) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@giffgaff Oh I'm not complaining! 🙈 Just feel bad you sent me a higher model!

  • mrstevehuw

@giffgaff It’s a shame that your signal where I live has gone terrible. Never used to be like this. What’s changed? Going to have to look for a different provider… 🙁

@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

@tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network

  • AbsolutelyVexed
    Vexed ✝️🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇮🇷🇮🇱 (@AbsolutelyVexed) reported

@DrGladimir @tescomobile O2 business, giffgaff business and sky mobile all do call forwarding. All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly £25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

  • scjott57
    jo (@scjott57) reported

@giffgaff my daughter accidentally clicked on the contract package when selecting an earlier monthly plan as she had run out if data. How do I check if its gone through and if so how do I cancel?

  • Gowithbazza1
    Barry (@Gowithbazza1) reported

@giffgaff Is that every day the mast is down or having issues because this seems to happen quite often 🤔

  • giffgaff
    giffgaff (@giffgaff) reported

@JenniferOsl2013 Hi Jennifer. Oh, dear we understand how inconvenient that sounds. . Please send us a private message with a screenshot of the error you're having, so we can help you further. - giffgaff Gavin

@giffgaff when will issues be sorted in mk451ph area have no data connection

  • esnw33430
    G (@esnw33430) reported

@valuemanmatt @O2 @Joff_L They decided its fair for you to pay through the nose so other "new customers" have a deal. Like many companies, there is no customer loyalty, they want the maximum money out of you for minimum service. Time to port your number to giffgaff, same o2 network and less money.

  • stinaswvg
    Stina blackstenius 2026 BDO 🔜🙏🏽 (@stinaswvg) reported

10 p/m on a phone (probably just the sim only) is possible maybe only on giffgaff cause every other network even three (best network btw) is at least 12 pound monthly for the cheapest plan with no add ons

  • rly_o12
    o RLY (@rly_o12) reported

@giffgaff my giffgaff has been no service since Monday afternoon and I can’t get into my account so I need help here please?

  • jamespdrury

Considering Virgin Media broadband but don't want a Hub 5? If you're in a VM full fibre area, GiffGaff broadband comes with an Eero 6+ and 900Mb (UP & DOWN) is just £32 per month, no mid contract increases. Use own router for upto 1.2Gb. Use referral code K0DEJXGV for £50 credit.
