  @O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

  @giffgaff @Ofcom giffgaff never clearly informed customers of any specific time limit, such as 14 days or 30 days. This practice is completely misleading and appears to be a deliberate attempt to take advantage of consumers, amounting to unfair practice/consumer fraud.@Ofcom

  Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

  @giffgaff So no customer service and because I tried to simply get a SIM card delivered GiffGaff have offered a refund . Why don’t you just say piss off we don’t want you as a customer?

  @Iromg Vodafone are expensive and they have the worst reception. Giffgaff use 02, and they're cheap and reliable.
