@giffgaff hi! I’m buying my mother a phone for her birthday and want to get a giffgaff sim to go in it. Went to order one on your website but whose name, email, number etc do you need? Mine (buying) or hers (customer)? Thanks!

  • katejones_cymru Kate Jones (@katejones_cymru) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@giffgaff I’ve tried the buy a goody bag, yesterday and today and it’s not working, my goody bag hasn’t been activated

@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

  • BradChanner Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@teamIPSE Without a doubt! And phone signal! It is appalling how bad the signal is in parts of the UK outside of London! I am 4 minutes from the Cardiff city centre with no signal! #howareyoumeanttorunabusiness @o2networks @O2 @giffgaff

  • Asgharki AzKhaaan × (@Asgharki) reported from Cardiff, Wales

@giffgaff Oh I'm not complaining! 🙈 Just feel bad you sent me a higher model!

@Parody_RCGP @giffgaff By commissioning a service they have admitted it’s worth 170k when they were paying 70k. Perhaps they’ll pay properly for all the services that the Cumbrian GPs provide.

@MiaNobbs That's not good Mia. Please send us a DM with your full postcode, so we can rule out any network issues in your area that could be causing this. - giffgaff Jeanette

  • editsfqx - 💛💙 (@editsfqx) reported

@giffgaff my phone is saying i have no service when i’m in range of getting service, i’ve tried taking my sim out, restating my phone and even resetting network settings and it’s not solving the issue

  • nyxiesnook Nyxie the friendly ghost 👻 (@nyxiesnook) reported

@giffgaff is actually such a legend of a mobile phone company. We pay £10 a month for our contracts & are able to cancel any time. That's for 15GB of data, unlimited calls & texts. & under certain conditions, you earn credit - usually when you refer someone. Honestly, amazing.

  • HristiyanHrist4 Chris (@HristiyanHrist4) reported

@giffgaff how come i had full service yesterday and now i have none. Fix it!

  • SEP_Roth Stephan Roth (@SEP_Roth) reported

Having to unlock your @giffgaff account over Twitter is absurd. If security and customer service is a main concern, I highly doubt having people message over Twitter fulfills either objectives. Why not just have a call service?

  • Walnut_No1 Si Roberts (@Walnut_No1) reported

@giffgaff what’s happening with your online service? Every time I’m trying to access my account it’s saying it’s a problem on your side? This isn’t the first time either, need to access my account

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@editsfqx That's not good. Are you able to send us your full postcode via DM and we'll see if there are any issues in your area that could be causing this to occur. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff The worst network on planet earth

  • mrbrady72 Ken Adams ⛰️ (@mrbrady72) reported

@giffgaff Well contacting @giffgaff about this was a complete waste of time, I expected so much better from a company that I valued for their customer ethic and value for money, but it just goes to show that the true measure of a company's worth only shows when something goes wrong.
