    @giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

    Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

    Hi, I hope you're well. A quick note to express my frustration that @giffgaff doesn't allow roaming on the full goodybag allowance then charges a ridic £3.68/GB. This is a PITA when abroad for a month+ & not conducive to "customer delight". Any plans to fix this? Thank you. #UX

    @giffgaff... you taking my money was as easy for you. Now I'm waiting for some condescending 'we're sorry blah blah blah bollocks'. I want to be able to change from remembering 4 logins to one easy to manage one and login with fingerprint without that Capcha bollocks

    @JackVTaylor @giffgaff I tried following their advice and its made no difference. They need to contact 02, actually address the issue and fix it.

    @nomoneyforbeer @giffgaff They normally complete mid afternoon,your sim from your old network will stop working and shortly afterwards you number will transfer and while it's happening your giffgaff sim will stop working for a short time. Restarting your phone now and again will show when it's all done.

    @giffgaff I have 4 different sims with you on 4 different phones. My browser remembers my login details yet I keep being kicked out. Your system of logging in & trying to get help is ****. It is pathetic. In out shake it all about. If only signing in was as easy for me and

    @giffgaff Honestly, that idea never even occurred to me. It doesn't really bother me, mostly just thought it was funny, but I suppose not everyone would feel that way, so I'll report the bug to them later today.
