@Yorksims We do find on rare occasions that DPD deliver phones on Saturday/Sunday but that is down to DPD, and we can only advise to expect delivery between Monday - Friday. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@giffgaff hiya I’m suddenly getting v poor reception - have been with you for years and live in the same place. Could this be a phone issue rather than network? Anytime I make a call the person can’t hear me and I need to hang up and call again, usually fine second time?!

Hello @giffgaff. Bought a ten pound goody bag. Sent two texts. Credit down to £8.45?? What's the point of a pay as you go goody bag if there are hidden charges? Can I take my number with me if/when I go elsewhere?

@marcsrhudson @giffgaff Don't usually recommend but try 'Smarty' the discount service from Three; £6:00 per month, unlimited calls texts & 4Gig of data. You should also be able to port your number.

@1WheeledBandit @giffgaff Essentially PAYG but having a regular goodybag on which carry’s on every month is like having a contract but you can cancel when ever. @giffgaff
