Moving to the new SIM card on @asda_mobile is an unbelievable pain in the backside. Better switch to a different provider. My partner has been wasting hours in waiting queues listening to muzak, and speaking to several reps who were all unable to help. I hear @giffgaff is good?

@giffgaff Yes I have tried that and they stopped responding. Bought dad a larger phone so he can see screen better while organising mums funeral. Attempted to cancel the order immediately when address was wrong. No response when I asked for this and was given the option by your agent?

@zoe_bearx Sim only and buy your own phone is just so much cheaper. I'm with Giffgaff for many years now, have saved tons of money. Got my phone's from Amazon, when one broke down they just refunded me, 18 months after I bought it. Incredible!
