james gmail (@jamgmail83959) reported@giffgaff Accidentally signed for 18-month contract on 13/3/26. Router with SIM off since 17/3 for some months, so this contract is hardly useful!. I wish to cancel under my 14-day statutory right to cancel please. How? No email, phone contact, agent does not allow questions.

DFitz (@DFitzwiliam) reported@giffgaff Urgent unresolved SIM swap/account takeover issue on my Giffgaff account. I have now lost access to my mobile service twice within 36 hours despite repeatedly reporting the compromise and linked banking/finance fraud. No response from you and requires urgent escalation

Colin MacRae 🇺🇦 (@colinmac7) reported@giffgaff I'm having major problems getting answers about my stolen handset. I've asked several specific questions, but the replies are generic and don't address the issues. How do I get this escalated to someone who can properly investigate and respond?
-
I L (@iluyimbazi) reportedHello @giffgaff how do I request a refund for my £12.64 unused credit? Number has been successfully ported to another provider this morning. Your chat not in the app was of no help. Can I speak to someone, please?

That Josh Guy (@thatjoshguy69) reported@LuftkoppTim @luciascarlet Idk bout over there, but here O2 suuuuucks. I was with giffgaff, an mvno on the O2 network, for a lil while before switching to Smarty (on 3). And literally night and day difference. Its subjective though. In other places in the UK, 3 sucks and EE is better, or Vodafone even 💀

G McQueen (@gemcq2) reported@giffgaff "Our team of giffgaff agents are email-only who can handle account-related questions, such as payment problems, cancelling your account, or unblocking your phone."

Champion 🏆 (@ardaleofficial) reportedThis is why my common giffgaff didn’t wanna rise, useless network

TheDePINCat 🐈🌐 (@TheDePINCat) reported.@giffgaff have generally been good (10 years+ a subscriber). For the past few days, I have been unable to send texts from my UK number. I had to go onto a forum to diagnose what I thought was a device problem. Reset my network settings (no help). And then back to the forum to find a coverage map. Ideally, giffgaff would send alerts to impacted areas so we are aware with this information. And, with connectivity being fundamental to everything we do in the digital world, communication should be treated as high priority as a burst water pipe or gas leak. This is why community-owned networks are so crucial. There is an extra level of care and concern when the issue directly impacts you.
