The eSIM still hasn’t activated and my contract with Vodafone is now expired… but you have ported my number over. So I have no data and can receive no calls. eSIM activation should be instant, at max, 24 hours. No option to call up or get an instant agent response. Any help? Yours truly, a man without a phone.

Shoshanah Cohen (@sc2987) reported@bt_uk And if she were going to switch mobile providers, it would be to Giffgaff, as we're all with them. Not you. You should never be pushing extra services on people moving to a social tariff (or anyone, but especially those likely to be vulnerable).

John Bull (@54JohnBull) reported@Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.

Jay Smith (Sonic/Dragonwolf) (@DragonWolf5589) reported@tescomobile how come some areas like manchester/st Peter square as an example. And also parts of Wythenshawe and flixton. I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network
