@ctimmermann @asda_mobile @giffgaff Giffgaff been totally fine for me. £10/mo sim only and I barely notice it—which is, I think, the kind of relationship one wants with a network provider.

@giffgaff I am trying to reset my password but none of the emails are coming through to do it…I want to put credit on the phone as my grandad is using it in hospital…help pls 🙏

@ctimmermann @asda_mobile @giffgaff Giffgaff is fantastic, been on it since 2010 would never go back

  • ctimmermann Carsten Timmermann (@ctimmermann) reported

Moving to the new SIM card on @asda_mobile is an unbelievable pain in the backside. Better switch to a different provider. My partner has been wasting hours in waiting queues listening to muzak, and speaking to several reps who were all unable to help. I hear @giffgaff is good?

  • richtwriter101 Richtwriter101 (@richtwriter101) reported

@giffgaff Just received my "Like New" Iphone XR and its far from looking like new and is in fact chipped and scratched bottom right edge and top right edge. In addition to that the battery is showing only 91% capacity which is very poor.

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@WillBHA58 @giffgaff When a Samsung phone is locked to a network and you insert a different network sim it asks for a "Sim network PIN" (network unlock code). If you enter the wrong PIN 3 times it then asks for SIM network PUK. Only the network it's locked to can supply it for you.
