    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

    "Try your GiffGaff SIM in another unlocked phone to rule out bla bla issue". If I had another phone in unlocked and working condition I'd be using it as my actual phone and I wouldn't be in this mess!

    @O2 Aren’t you 50% owned by @TelefonicaUK ? who own 100% of @giffgaff ? The phone is locked to your network surely you must of come across the situation before and could help ?

    @giffgaff This has been going on for sometime but total signal loss about four days now. I do these other options but is something actually being done about this, if so how long until this gets somewhat resolved? How much longer do we just sit around and wait?

    @giffgaff My switch over was due to happen tomorrow, but my account seems to have been described today so I have no phone or data (unless on WiFi). Why have you shut me down a day early?
