    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

    @CallumLyon Water meter fitted bills went from £69pm to £29. Car insurance £30 pm, phone on giffgaff £6pm and free calls and texts to others on same network. It isn't hard.

    @giffgaff I cancelled in the end. I’ve had zero service and now lost £14. Not very happy honestly. Like getting blood out of a stone. Shocked I don’t even get my money back.

    Tried to follow the 'Manual Roaming' process, attempted to sign on to 'Vodafone 4G', all but 'O2-4G' & 'O2-2G' come up 'Forbidden Network' @giffgaff. So, signed back on to 'O2-4G' Network, & tried sending myself a Text, as I have before, but only get the 'Sent' version show up.

    @giffgaff They did. They said they can’t deal with device issues and to try using live chat. Which prompts me back to using the form. Endless cycle
