Yet another terrible experience with Santander. This year alone they have lost me my Giffgaff phone by blocking payment as opposed to querying an overpayment. (Giffgaff retaliated by locking the phone permanently, so that thousands of photos and years of writing were lost).

  • williamrowsley Will 🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺 (@williamrowsley) reported

@EE This is some bull indeed. I use @giffgaff (O2) and my husband is on EE. We live in central Birmingham. His service is consistently terrible, whether at home in Edgbaston or in the city centre, or at work in N Birmingham, to the point where he's now leaving to switch to Giffgaff.

@giffgaff Nope your words show your ignorance of EA 2010 its illegal to dictate ther terms by which you provide a service!

@geordiechris48 Hi Chris. Unfortunately, we do not support eSIM's at the moment. The best advice is to always keep an eye on the giffgaff community, because if we ever decided to support eSIM's, then it would be announced there first - giffgaff Nicole

@giffgaff Hi, I’m still waiting for a response on this. Ideally I’d send you the phone number and you’d cancel the service. Is this possible? Thanks.
