@Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

@HojozF1 @cgzwolfman @giffgaff It felt horrible to use compared to an iPhone. Fingerprint sensor was out of reach, & right next to the camera. So I had to use two hands to use it, and I kept smudging the camera lens. Lack of a home button was something I couldn't get used to. Google Play was temperamental.

@giffgaff Well the previous one was miles better. I always thought how refreshing it was compared to other service providers. Now it's rubbish. Just sounds like a poor answer machine message done by a small business
