    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

    @giffgaff over the past week I’ve had messages saying my goody bag is not recurring. I’ve updated my payment card, set it to recurring 3 times and I get a message saying it’s now recurring and then the next day another message saying it’s not recurring. Please help!

    @giffgaff @nbrly Seems shady to look for payment information. I have had no service for 5 months despite topping up, still no explanation why you disconnected my phone as I Was away during a pandemic and no refund on credit I can’t use. Safe to say I’m leaving your network

    @giffgaff @nbrly That’s cute but might want to check why your customer service agents think it’s ok to ask for payment information to verify identity despite already having imei number and account details which they keep asking for even though I am LOGGED IN to my account to message them

    @giffgaff Sure, Someone is able to manage all their home devices connected to a router. However, a (child’s) mobile is able to bypass this using a SIM card with a data package, although the same phones WiFi access is managed. So can they login to a central console to turn of mobile data?
