    @Mykiel_B @giffgaff Mike & Jade. I just tried the following. Phone off. Remove sim. Restart phone. Phone off. Re insert SIM. Restart phone. I now have a signal but I don't know why I lost it. Just running some tests. Thank you for your input 😀

    @giffgaff Yes but they just say to do everything that has already been done it’s now 96 hours with now service and still not resolved I can’t even get my PAC from you.
