@giffgaff - Due to #broadband issues and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp having not completed repairs yet... we’ve been without connection for over 2 weeks now... we’ve eaten through Jan Goody Bag. It’s only 11th & we’ve used 18GB already, I’ve got always on but it’ll slow now...

So glad this will be my last evening for a while and I only got this phone this month. thank @giffgaff for spying and assuming and trying to smite me with injections. They never answered who they assumed I was with. Nor why they don't get what a guideline is.

@Reece79366291 @giffgaff Once you face problem like us. You than won't suggest anyone else. Keep my word. Switch to other network you have time. There is no proper support center. No customer care service. No physical office, no direct human interaction, where you can ask for emergency support.

Worst support I have ever seen. No customer care. @giffgaff doesn't have any medium of communication where you can get any help on emergency. DO NOT USE @giffgaff , Giving suggestions based on experience.

@beesinateacup Hi Lorna 😞 Was the phone purchased from O2 directly, or Giffgaff? if the phone was purchased from us, but the Giffgaff sim works in it, this would mean the phone is unlocked, as it wouldn't work if the phone was locked to O2, even though they use our network.
