    @giffgaff 13+ hours without data now but I’m a lucky one some customers of yours are 28hrs + without data due to your systems errors. Does anyone take this seriously at giffgaff?

    @giffgaff 28 HOURS AND STILL WAITING FOR AN UPDATE / SERVICE RESTORATION. This really feels like NOTHING is being done by @giffgaff until the Monday morning technical crew sign on to work.

    @giffgaff Nearly 72 hours now and no resolution to no goodybag for my iPhone. 144 hours for some other poor souls. I used to actively recruit and recommend giffgaff. Not anymore. £449 MILLION revenue in 2018 and you can’t provide a reliable service
