@giffgaff I bought a giffgaff sim and put it in my contract virginmedia mobile because virginmedia had no signal in Dorset i topped it up by £20. Now I'm back in Liverpool I've put my virginmedia sim back in my phone and the giffgaff into another phone. But it says sim blocked

@giffgaff I don’t even get an error message, once I’ve added all my info and try to get to the next page it just doesn’t move 😩 the main issue is the battery it states it needs replacing but there’s not an option for battery that I could find. Is there another way to organise a return?

@Frankie__A We have just spoken with our phone team who have advised that we're unable to cancel the order. The only thing you can do, is return the phone when it arrives and request a refund. You will then need to re order in the correct colour. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@n1mdp @giffgaff I have 3 different goodybags active totalling £55 a month and all they can say is the network is busy in my area and they can’t advise what speeds I should be getting, it isn’t good enough really
