@JayPalmer17 Hi Jay. As the giffgaff SIM is working in another phone it seems that the issue is not with the SIM itself. We would recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer of the phone so that they can look into this for you - giffgaff Hannah

@Zeeyg93 That's very strange, Zed. Please can you try using a different browser or device as this should help - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff hi I need help with getting a refund on two goodybags that have automatically been activated on my account. I need someone to contact me as this was an account for someone who is longer with us. Please get in touch with me.

  • JamesSwiftDay James Day (@JamesSwiftDay) reported

@MattKamen Giffgaff is pretty great, their goody bags get pretty cheap if you’re not a heavy data user. Unlimited calls and texts. Only problem I ever had was when the O2 network went down that one time.

  • manansaddique Mannan Saddique (@manansaddique) reported

@giffgaff Yes, ee sim works. It detects the sim but says network unavailable so i dont think there is a problem with the sim or the phone.

  • TonyVCarter 🅃🄾🄽🅈 🄲🄰🅁🅃🄴🅁 (@TonyVCarter) reported

@giffgaff That's bad. Well behind the competition. O2 offer it and you use their network. Oh well will look elsewhere.

@JayPalmer17 @giffgaff Did you manage to find a fix?

  • bigwows The Marvellous Muttdini 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🔰💜🤍💚 (@bigwows) reported

@cosmiclandmine Avoid EE. Vodafone are so-so. GiffGaff are good with a flexible, no contract model (tho an O2 MVNO), provided you can get a decent signal - it’s woeful here.

  • Zeeyg93 Zed Gabby (@Zeeyg93) reported

@giffgaff why is card payments not working?
