  @giffgaff No 4g either. I couldn't even show my elderly housebound aunt who doesn't have internet any pics of urns so she could chose one for her late husband. The amount of stress your service, or there lack of, has piled on this week...

  @giffgaff it takes less time to login into online banking . for a non pay monthly ( i.e. pay as you go ) account its not helpful and customers should always be considered instead of forcing something on them

  @giffgaff What's the point?so you can tell me what I already know. O2 mast down, beyond our control blah blah blah. Have you ever tried organising a funeral and NO ONE can reach you? Making an already stressful situation 10000 times worse.

  Mobile phone contract up soon so was thinking of jumping from 02 to giffgaff sim only. 15gb for £10. They run on 02 network apparently anyway.Vodafone,3,EE don’t work in my work. Any pros/cons?

  @giffgaff u need to sort ur sh*t out. Cell tower in Manc out AGAIN. No signal. I'm trying to register a death & organise a funeral. I missed the registrars call this morning. At least join the 21st century & allow WiFi calling. Moving mine & my families plans.U're too unreliable
