    @ThreeUKSupport No luck I’m afraid. Plus iPhone 13 doesn’t have an option to use 3G only. Anything else you can do? Having to hot spot on my wife’s @giffgaff service…

    @giffgaff are ridiculousl. Their phone mast is not working so their suggestion is - travel at least 2 miles away from your home to receive a call. Yep, that’s really reasonable. Especially to someone with chronic illnesses that affects their ability to even walk most days. 👍🏽

    2/8 I pay £6/month with Giffgaff on a rolling 30 day. The Mister is on Sky Mobile at £3.50/month 12 month contract - less than a tenner a month because we use low data. We buy our phones direct from Apple as it's LOADS cheaper & we're free to go where we want for phone service

    @Joshbradford Thanks. A nearby mast in your area is currently not working and this will be what is causing your usage problems. The engineers are aware of the issue and are working to fix the problem. - giffgaff Ann 1/2

    @virgomoontingz Replies can take up to 24 hours from our agents, but it is normally quicker than this. We do understand this is very inconvenient for you, with the service being down on a regular basis. Our agents will advise what can be done to help with this. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @YardleyShooting It’s crap and for quite a lot of money per month, I personally can’t wait to finish my contract and go back to GiffGaff. I was with them for a decade and never had many issues unlike I’ve had during the past year with EE.

    @giffgaff I have replied and have not heard anything back. How long will this take? I’ve now gone 3 weeks without service and if my way of living is effecting it is down to you. This is a repeat issue, also. Phone mast always seems to be down in my area. Not great is it, Jeanette?

    @giffgaff dpd lost / stolen phone saying it's been delivered help this is my daughters only Xmas gift ! Can't speak to anyone just waiting as logged this yesterday
