    @giffgaff My issue is, how did they get into my account and circumvent my 2FA? I've had 2FA on my account since it was introduced. They managed to change my email, and password, AND transfer my sim without my knowledge. 1/

    @giffgaff Also, during this time my sister was messaging the person who had stolen my account to get bank details from them so I could report this whole incident to Action Fraud. 4/
