12 years as a loyal @giffgaff customer, tomorrow will be day 3 of no phone service. No response from agents, no rush to fix this issue. Will there be compencation?

@evnsio giffgaff has a data cap on roaming in EU (which in a few days will be 5GB) but no extra fees. They piggyback off 02 network I think - not sure how that ranks against others
