I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

I had my old sim card stolen and upon replacing it with a new one the dashboard froze up. And before you ask, I was not logged into my old account when I tried. It will not unfreeze from this stupid sales pitch; I do not want a plan.
