Brad Channer (@BradChanner) reported from Cardiff, Wales@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

PhilC (@gibberingphil) reported@Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

As of yesterday when I loaded the o2 app I had to go through the the link to create a virginmedia account and link my o2 at this point it failed! To link not happy if #o2 don't fix this I will be leaving I may as well be with giffgaff at least I could view my account

Lycamobile, I like them and still do but I want big name... same goes for Lebara. My proposal: 💣 Unlimited UK mins & Texts I don't care about this, I'm more concerned about data... 💣 150GB to Unlimited Data £20/ month max... I need this ASAP...
