@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@giffgaff I have previously made a complain a few weeks ago but these sims from giffgaff with weird names keep coming. Me and my partner are both on a monthly contract with EE so we have never requested any of these sims.
