@O2 This has always been an issue. We are with giffgaff whom I believe use your signal. I have tried everything. I have even bought a booster, but the reception coming into the booster isn’t enough to even make the booster work. Very frustrating. I have to sit in a window 4 reception

@EarlOfSidmouth Unfortunately there isn't currently a timescale available as to when this will be resolved. The map would show what the coverage in the area normally is, however it shows network is currently busy, which would be cause an issue with your service. - giffgaff Emer.

@giffgaff infuriated as to why Giff Gaff want to charge me over £1000 to get my phone back that I paid £400 for through Giff Gaff. I’ve only had the phone 3 months and its never been quite right so sent it back to be looked at. This is completely unacceptable??
