@giffgaff unable to buy new goodybag, looks like Adyens 3DS server is down as cannot complete authentication. Hoping you haven’t taken my money as tried on a couple of occasions. Maybe time for a payment provider that can support your needs?

Topped up with £20 credit on @giffgaff to use in the US. Turned off all apps using mobile data, ordered an Uber and the credit was gone within 5 mins. Is that the norm or is there an issue?

@mattjoshholder @giffgaff If your question was re the ability to pre order via giffgaff it's not a service they've ever offered, that's why you can sign up for notifications of when it's available to buy but not pre order it.

I'm not going to go into other benefits, or customer service quality, but the other thing to consider is what network these smaller companies use.. ID use the Three network, Tesco, Sky, Virgin and GiffGaff use the O2 network. EE use their own, and Vodafone/O2 share masts...

.@Eurail is having serious issues with their customer support. 37 days to get a reply. It probably makes more sense to shut down the support centre and do the giffgaff model of community support at this stage.
