@YPacaud @KikeRJimenez @SMARTYMobileUK @giffgaff Not really. Network coverage is awful. Was with Smarty for 2 months before jacking it in, it was that bad. Even when I (apparently) had 3G, (remember that..) I had no data coverage. Only calls and texts. All I needed was a Nokia 5110 and my time travel was complete!

  • elliepersence ellie 🤍🦋 (@elliepersence) reported from Bournemouth, England

@giffgaff please reply to your direct messages, it’s bad enough you don’t have online agents and a phone number that I can’t sort this out with

@slut4satanism I use Giffgaff. Getting a work phone is a good move, when you're not working you can switch it off and forget all about annoying clients

  • WilliamNB 🚲 Will 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@WilliamNB) reported

Oh look, I'm out and about, with working Internet on my phone. Just at home I don't have signal, but hey @giffgaff says there's nothing wrong with the mast & are sure it must be my phone, my account, or my SIM

  • lucy_stokess Lucy (@lucy_stokess) reported

@giffgaff have unlimited data as part of my goody bag but 4G doesn’t work, nor does the phone connect to internet whilst using data. Apple store said to speak to giffgaff about the issue - is it a problem with the SIM?

@giffgaff I'll give it a try but in fairness this supposedly modern building we're in is bad for signals. (Do need more 5g coverage though)

  • spaige06500272 summerholloway_ (@spaige06500272) reported

@giffgaff got a goodybag for £10 and all my data is gone within a week? My data usage on my iPhone doesn’t match giffgaff. I’m a new customer and now I’ve got no data because of an issue with giffgaff.

  • B1uehoo1igan Jools (@B1uehoo1igan) reported

@giffgaff I get really good H+ signal where I live. (that is better than 5G right?l

  • Mammachef1 Mammachef (@Mammachef1) reported

@mouthwaite @EE Don't use contract phones. Buy a phone the best you can afford and pay insurance for it. Use giffgaff (O2 network) They advise you if you are on wrong tariff for your use ie. I was buying a goodybag costing £20pm they emailed me suggesting I use £10pm. Amazing company

  • JohnRouker Sherlock Poirot-Gently 💙 #supportnhs 🌈🦊 (@JohnRouker) reported

Broadband is out I'm surviving on mobile hot spot hey giffgaff/o2 can you maybe expand you're 5g areas/ boost the 4g signal so erh it works without interruption

  • PufferfishTech Lost In Tech (@PufferfishTech) reported

@digituba are you on the same network? I know giffgaff = O2 but they only give giffgaff really crap phone call quality and slow speed.
