@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff, regarding a spam text I received today alleging to be from @PayPal, I've been advised by them to report it to you by forwarding it to 7726. Is this the correct number to report spam texts to on your network? Many thanks.

@Meldrewman It sure is. Both phones take a nano SIM, so you should have no issues swapping the SIM across. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff I don't want to click links and find out. I want you to tell me why it is taking so long for me to get a sim card yet you still want my money and custom, after me being a customer for nearly 8 years with you.

@VOXI_UK Hi just got a text from Voxi and since reboot the account is now working again with my old number added so should be all OK now, decent speed so far also. Giffgaff did not cut it and was 4g light so was not getting much more then 12mb max but this network is between 15-20mb

  • Cyclenut23 Jazz 🎺🚲🛶🏍🐶🐾 (@Cyclenut23) reported

@giffgaff please answer this question as your service has been terrible for me. If I BUY a new sim, today, and activate that though my account, then, that new sim, will then have my current phone number on? I've been waiting for over a week for a sim.
