@giffgaff Hi I’m looking at potentially joining your network, but wondering how the sim only “goodybags” work? The £10 golden one, is it a rolling monthly contract or for length of time and will I get that same deal each month or will it change? Thanks!

@shiriyy Oh dear. Please can you provide your full UK postcode via DM, so we can check for issues in the area - giffgaff Jade

@wiredfire Giffgaff sell refurbs - I've never had a problem with any of them!

@O2 you are not available 24/7 on the app, it's hasn't worked for months. No queuing, apparently all your agents are always busy. Also since when did next day delivery from Friday become deliver on a Monday? Have to miss work now. Your service has fallen behind GiffGaff. POOR!

@KerryScottMcNa1 Hi Kerry. This indicates that you need an eSIM, and we do not support eSIMs unfortunately - giffgaff Jade

@giffgaff Hi, I need some sort of QR code to link my new Samsung smart watch up to my phones data plan. Can you help me with this? Thanks

  • daniel_lc123 Daniel (@daniel_lc123) reported

@bennys1 @ThreeUKSupport If they cancel my contract I’ll just move on to giffgaff and then get sim cards of the country I’m in when I go abroad. Three clearly doesn’t care about its loyalist customer base. They will also loose a mobile broadband contract I have for my grandparents too.

@giffgaff Sorry to keep in about it, but under what conditions would a battery issue qualify for a warranty return? For example if I receive a phone with low battery capacity, say 81%, would that be covered by warranty?

  • Yorksims John Woods (@Yorksims) reported

@DrMarkCarrigan @giffgaff The 80GB fast speed limit only applies to the "Always on"data in the £25 goodybag, if you spend an extra tenner and go for the £35 one you'll have no restriction issues and it'll be impossible to breach the FUP in the time you need it for.
