    In addition to giving me socks and a money off voucher, @innocent also donated £10,000 to @crisis_uk this Christmas. Add in the £1M pot received from @O2 and @giffgaff from last week's network outage, that's good news to help the homeless this #Christmas

    @giffgaff @giffgaff I have just received an email about the outage affected me that I would be receiving 0.90p in compensation. Thank you giffgaff for such a generous offer. Good way to say we are sorry for causing you pain and inconvenience, so you take 0.90p from us.

    I have to say that the "support" I have receiving from @giffgaff is getting beyond a joke now. Done everything ask of me and you still hold the help of the "technical folk" hostage until your system will show I used another persons handset!

    @londonmaramom @VodafoneUK @giffgaff Yes I left @VodafoneUK last year after they doubled the charges when out of contract. Sky mobile and giff gaff all the way. I would NEVER recommend Vodafone and I was with them for over 30 years.

    So my @giffgaff mobile internet is *way* better than my @Plusnet fibre broadband! My home broadband is so bad, my internet connection noticibly gets worse as soon as I get home and my phone connects to WiFi. Can't even watch Netflix properly as the connection keeps cutting out 🙄

    @giffgaff @O2 Dear both,I have(yet again)been experiencing no 3G despite having 1.8GB left for this month. I get a message that says ‘your iPhone is not connected to the internet’ whenever my 3G is on. Please tell me this is not a repeat of the widespread issues like last month🙃
