@huddlestone_v @WilliamNB @giffgaff I am using giffgaff for same reason I personally found EE awful and as much as I am not a huge fan of Vodafone customer service I would say they probably most reliable service and coverage but you do pay a premium for it.

@CraftyNigel We're very sorry this is still ongoing. We will look into adding some goodwill credit to cover the time you've been without your services. If the issue is occurring in more than one area, please update your case to advise of this, as there may be another issue. -giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff No. Last time there was an error with the mast you lot tried blaming the handsets & insisted I do a SIM swap. A big part of the reason why I *will* leave your service is because of how awfully you handled the last outage & how you tried to blame me! You're a nasty company!

I have been a giffgaff customer for years and it has never been my main line and I periodically ring one of my other phones, wasting the credit I have PAID FOR just to keep my own number

Banks are terrible but compared to mobile phone companies they are practically saintly! If I pay GiffGaff £10 I don’t expect them to steal back £9.50 just because I didn’t get chance to use it. It’s a stealth way of causing havoc and getting free money

@WilliamNB @giffgaff BT and Talk Talk do this too with wired phone/internet. They also threaten to charge you if the 'fault is in your home'. You have to unscrew things on the wall and jump through hoops before deciding that it's the unplugged wire in the telephone exchange that's causing the problem
