  @virginmedia @giffgaff @Telefonica gifgaff, who are part of O2, who now work with Virgin Media. All part of Telefonica (and Liberty Global). A FOI request detailing how network coverage map data is recorded, updated, and published would be interesting to see. It seems to be very different from reality.

  @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?

  Hey @O2 @giffgaff you say there's no issues and that you're keeping an eye on an issue you fixed well me and my friend are still having issues with mobile data and texts, we've restarted our phones, we've tried to all other methods and nothing has worked.
