    @O2 I recently switched to Giffgaff and took my number with me. Got a message from you to say my last bill (£21) was overdue so I went to pay it, but I can't pay on the website or over the phone because it doesn't recognise my number anymore. Help please?

    @giffgaff unhelpful since my order still has not arrived and their agents take a year to reply, when they do they ain’t even got to the bottom of the issue. Useless

    Wow Giffgaff is not the network to go roaming in the USA on... With just email and Twitter usage I apparently managed to burn through £30 of data in *2 days* - err is that normal ? I like them for everything else but I may need a local SIM the next time

    @giffgaff Hi I’ve had a look it is up to date but I attempt to open the app on my phone and it just buffers and returns to Home Screen was unsure as to whether this is a known issue

    @giffgaff why when I have £22 credit does it try use my card to buy goody bag not done two attempts. Basic bloody useless coding the trouble with you people you employ too many gamers instead of proper business people
