@giffgaff So frustrating! Itis NOT my number, it is you NUMBER. I DID cancel it 2 months ago after using it with a visiting friend. You ACKNOWLEDGED and confirmed it to be CANCELLED it. You are still charging for it!

@JamesKennedyUK Zen is terrific for t’internet. @EE twice bricked my phone when abroad despite my buying an add-on for such use because they didn’t like me being on a legacy T-Mobile plan. (Tried a Giffgaff SIM the second time; it was fine so not a phone issue.) Horrifically irresponsible.

@jerijerod14 Buy a second hand one. I got one from Giffgaff. Brilliant plus you can choose any network so much cheaper per month as well
