@giffgaff Unless you have a customer service issue. Absolute worst. 9 days and never once got a real-time chat with ANYONE but got bounced around about 10 different people, sometimes waiting days in between replies... AWFUL

@giffgaff It's now 14 days since I activated my replacement SIM. Still not connected to the giffgaff network! Last I heard, "the engineers are working on it ..." and that was last week ...

@BRUMSTOKIE Smarty do 30gb data with unlimited calls and texts for £10 per month. They use the 3 network. Giff Gaff do 25gb for £15 with unlimited calls and texts and use O2 network. Customer service is better with giffgaff.

So upset with @giffgaff who did not put my full address on my package for my new phone. Now it’s been delivered to the wrong place, I tracked down the building but it’s been taken😭 now out of pocket with no phone!

@Kamaljeetgill @chimenesuleyman Definitely giffgaff. They use the O2 network but offer SIM-only plans that are ludicrously cheap - I'm on a £10 per month tariff and get something absurd like 10gb of data which I never manage to use up!

@giffgaff Hi there, I actually do get 3g / 4g at the house - I'm writing to you now. It's just the upload speed (mainly) that is poor, or at least very patchy, making it hard to do video calls. But thanks!

@virginmedia PLEASE that's all Im asking, someone to genuinely look into this. It went down 3 times already this morning and I missed my 9am meeting. I had to go out and get a giffgaff goody bag to use 4g now... Im losing money and have to spend more money to keep working
