    @WarlockSkills Some phones connect differently and have stronger/weaker signals. Try placing your SIM in a different phone if possible to see if anything occurs with your signal. - giffgaff Jeanette

    @giffgaff I have just done this and I still have no signal. What’s weird is my mum who lives at home with me and is with giffgaff and her signal hasn’t went off at all
