@lonlycrybIood oh shiiiiiit, i’m a sucker for o2 cos the signal is always good, plus free wifi an priority. i’ve heard of ID but didn’t know it was a whole network thing, i thought it was like giffgaff

Giffgaff has to be the shittest for customer service. There is no customer service number to call. All done via website. Very slow to get a response.

@giffgaff Sorry, I've got to say I find this new voicemail voiceover guy irritating. Please kindly go back to what we've had for years. Why fix something that isn't broken?? Far too slow, overly "personal", and in my face. Voicemail is a deal breaker for me .
