    @giffgaff Hi do I send you a dm. When I open the app it will not allow or even open the assistant bit. This is crap waiting 5min for your email app to open or your bank app. All one get is it is busy. Well@O 2 must be cutting what giffgaff customers can use. Or something

    @giffgaff Sub-optimal customer service. After a week and still waiting for a replacement SIM card. Tried to get a PAC code to migrate to a non-gimmicky mobile carrier but they won't let me either. Case 210901-002044
