    @giffgaff I’ve reset my password four times but I still can’t login to my account. My password is NOT incorrect. What is going on? I’ve run out of data but can’t buy a new goodybag as you’re messing about.

    @giffgaff Ok so can I cancel my goodie bag as the only reason I joined was for the data whilst I’m in Europe in august. I won’t have access to wifi and 5gb won’t be enough

    @GiffGaff The performance under the Unlimited goodybag is terrible compared to other Gb-restricted plans. It's a con.

    @giffgaff Yes i have numerous times and nothing is ever resolved , no level of customer SERVICE clearly at Giffgaff ...joke!!

    I can't access my email or bank account because it's all veryfied through the phone via OTPs. But I don't have a chip! Please, @giffgaff could you please propose a solution to my problem?

    @giffgaff Hi! Yes, that's what I've done but the agents can't find a solution to my problem. I can't access my email/bank account because it has an OTP through the phone. I have just sent a new request to fix the problem.

    @giffgaff Still nothing done after more then two months going back and forth, don’t feel like it’s been helpful even though some glitch or mistake by giffgaff but not ready to help.
