  @elizaisonfire It was a promotion for Giffgaff. They did a campaign where you could hire 1 of 13 "tools" and if you used it in a video you would get free cell service for a year and a chance to win money. Anyone could enter. Dan choosing the gimp of all the tools was just... him being dinof.

  @Manderljung Yeah it's very bad, on average, though having trouble while outdoors in central London does not match my experience. I'm on giffgaff fwiw, I think it's one of the cheapest ones. Would definitely pay more for better!

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

  @giffgaff @william15613095 Can you lot at Giff Gaff look into and consider setting up a.giff gaf office in Leeds. That way you can support customers there and in its surrounding areas?
