  @Mattisamazing33 Just check that any of the virtual networks you use have a decent signal where you are, and/or allow WiFi calling. I originally went with giffgaff when I retired, who are great to deal with, but use the O2 network which only works in our back bedroom.

  @giffgaff Perhaps you could tell me the category, sub category, and sub sub category that is closest to my issue. That might be 'helpful'. Something which customer support is supposed to be. Be better.

  @giffgaff Post code is nr18 0xz Norfolk area. It's been crap for 10 days or so and I've lost earnings because of it ! 😔 U claimed last week it would be sorted then u just changed the date . Says 8pm tonight will be back on but I doubt that. Works fine midnite time. It's a joke .

  @MartinSLewis A number of phones all latest ones yes not at 15:00 all before but old 2 Nokia nothing came both on giffgaff but Samsung S20 yes maybe only came via 3/4/5G signal I’m guessing
