    @giffgaff hi guys what is going on please? I’m home in Ireland (republic of) and I can’t use mobile data, I’ve already spent £40 on credit, which quickly ran out. Feels unfair. Wife has no issues on her @ThreeUK phone (unlimited data, at no extra cost). Can you please help me?

    @chimenesuleyman I use GiffGaff. Sim only. Rolling monthly contract. Cheap. Runs on O2 network. I have never used a swear word in the same sentence as GiffGaff, unlike three and Vodafone.

    @giffgaff any plans to introduce WiFi calling? I live under power lines and nobody can ever hear me on a call. It’s been this way forever and is the same on my work phone/network as well.

    I may just regret getting a new SIM with GiffGaff. Unlike most other reputable networks that are out there, where you put the SIM in and it’s good to go. I am required to activate a new SIM by topping up and getting some stupid goody bag. What is this ****?

    @giffgaff I just upgraded to a new 5G handset and SIM. My old phone and number is also #GiffGaff and I want that instead of the new number. Please help. Your customer support on the app isn't great!

    @giffgaff It's now 14 days since I activated my replacement SIM. Still not connected to the giffgaff network! Last I heard, "the engineers are working on it ..." and that was last week ...

    @JanKay_ @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS Well done Jan I remember a call from Sky when I cancelled after the phone hacking... Poor operator was calling no end doing the same... Never had anything to do with them since I moved to GiffGaff... Essentially O2 network but a lot cheaper and more flexible... Can recommend

    @giffgaff I've reported this before and it wasn't fixed. Over to you to try and fix it. It was on the Android app. Please don't ask me to contact others at GiffGaff, I don't have time.
