@LisaBoyles @giffgaff Have tried them but 02 network is so poor definitely moving on to a more reliable network

  • PeterEdwards99 Peter Edwards (@PeterEdwards99) reported

@TeeNoodles @BlokeOnWheels Sky, Giffgaff, Lyca and a bunch of others don't have their own network, they essentially rent from people like O2, EE etc. Far as I know only 3, O2, Voda and EE have a network. So I presume tenants have to charge if "landlord" does? Or can they set roaming pricing independently?

  • Jobjohn (((JD))) 💙🌻 (@Jobjohn) reported

@giffgaff Hello. Tried that again. Does nothing to help. My postcode? It’s anywhere on way to work, Manchester. You want the postcode of every station?

  • campras Campras (@campras) reported

@giffgaff Checked: And yes, it’s enabled. My iPhone connects but with no signal bars with any provider and I’m in the same place where I was regularly connected 8 days ago and anyone else gets signal. Any other suggestion?

  • AJPendleton Andrew Pendleton (@AJPendleton) reported

Hi @giffgaff I’m off to @VodafoneUK tomorrow because you changed the rules on roaming and capped my data after I’d left for summer hols. And then refused to help. Just important for firms to know why customers move their business. Also getting a better deal.

  • Testipickle Bloke (@Testipickle) reported

@CompanySuisse @giffgaff Not at all. I was on it 3-4 months and had enough. Might have improved since then I dunno, I'd never try them again.

@Bagpus Hi there. We do not offer or support eSIMs unfortunately - giffgaff Jade

  • Bagpus Bagpus (@Bagpus) reported

@giffgaff is it possible to covert to an eSIM please? My phone has one SIM slot and one eSIM. I'm traveling soon and seems they mainly have Sims where I'm going. So it would help if I could use the eSIM for Giffgaff. Thanks for advice
