The Observer (@ross_observer) reported@giffgaff Hi Emer, we did get in contact with your agents and they basically told us to go away. I had to travel 3 hours and sit with her for 12 hours so she could use my phone to call 111 for a near medical emergency and then wait for a doctor to arrive.
