@giffgaff So the social media team are friendly enough and try and help but GiffGaff themselves don't seem to see any priority in sorting this out. No way to register the phone was not delivered. No way seemingly to get the money back.

@giffgaff I can't order the phone as it won't recognise I have a previous account and won't let me purchase it to a different address than my family home and are insisting on sending a code to my broken phone before I can go to the checkout. why such a faff?? its a phone!!!

@giffgaff I'll save you the time, I've gone through these troubleshooting options a million times. Respecfully, your network is the problem. I've checked the coverage, I've swapped sims, I've even bought a new phone, and GiffGaff is the common denominator

Hey, @giffgaff. Could you please tell me what the hell is going on with your network? My father, mother and myself are all getting voicemails, yet our phones are not receiving calls. When we test each others phones by calling each other, it goes straight to voicemail. #giffgaff
