@giffgaff Hi, could you please adjust your network settings to go better with Telegram apps audio calls? It’s already used by more than 500 million people and there’s a problem with audio calls on giffgaff - the calls drop all the time on iPhone 12 Pro Max. It works well on WiFi though.

@JadeFrancesAzim giffgaff unlimited data sim for £35- not perfect but is very good and served me v well for the 6 weeks i didn't have wifi because vodafone are awful lol

@giffgaff I’ve been trying to contact you since Boxing Day. Issues still not resolved! The refurbished phone I bought for my daughter loses charge after 10 mins and now won’t turn on at all! We received it in early November but not used until Xmas day. Please help.
