@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff absolutely sick to death of how crap your network is. I’ve been with giffgaff for years now and it’s just gotten worse - I always have data available but there’s constantly issues accessing the internet or my apps loading. Such a poor network. Really fed up
