@giffgaff Do not place customers in danger! We have a backup phone my wife uses for emergencies -rarely makes calls. With out warning you cancel payment debit - phone inactive. She went to use it yesterday and could not. Change your policy - no calls does not mean not needed.

@SigniusNetworks You may be picking up 5G, if that's what your phone is showing, but there may be an issue in the area, causing the slow speeds, which is why we've asked for your full postcode via DM. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff Well you 5G checker says 5G not available for my postcode but the SIM is reporting 5G from the network so either 02s network is lying or your checker is lying.

@giffgaff It's blocked me from using my card, it was only at the payment stage I had an issue, the site crashed on me twice and now I have to contact my bank to start again
