Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reported@O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

KnowYourSelf (@kindanew) reported@ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.

iovz (@iovz_null) reported@giffgaff Absolute scam company. DO NOT use giffgaff. They just mass-banned tens of thousands of overseas accounts (especially Chinese users) with zero warning. Long-term roaming? Suddenly “against terms”. Account terminated. Remaining balance? Gone. Referral rewards? Stolen. Customer service just copy-pastes the same ****** clause and tells you to **** off. These greedy parasites milked people for years with cheap UK numbers, then when it suited them they flipped the table, locked everyone out and kept the money. No refunds. No negotiation. Just pure theft dressed up as “policy”. giffgaff is not a mobile network. It’s a blackhole for your money. Once they decide you’re no longer profitable or convenient, they will destroy your number and pocket every last cent you prepaid. Stay ******** away. There are better options that don’t rob you the moment you stop being useful to them. Never trust this company. Never give them a single pound.

Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..
