    @giffgaff @realNyarime If you want to solve the problem,stop using the template response first.I asked the agent about the PAC refund,and they responded “Upon reviewing your account, our systems confirmed …..”,It’s has nothing to do with my question.

    @giffgaff my bank account the other day was hacked but the bank stopped it so my account is blocked until I get my new card. My month payment hasn’t gone through because of this issue
