@ThreeUKSupport I use pay as you go. Since your doing some ridiculous price hikes, do you offer a service where I can use the amount of 'top-up' ive got to buy a monthly pack which contains minutes, texts and data? Similar to how giffgaff used to do it

  • Rossmatthews86 Ross Matthews (@Rossmatthews86) reported

@giffgaff It was activated before the broken phone you sent us arrived. I want a refund on the handset as quickly as possible so I can buy another phone from a better supplier.

Bye bye @giffgaff every time I've tried to use Google maps I lose signal it's goes from 4G to 3G to H+. I am not willing to pay £10 every month for something I cannot use. As I'm sat here tweeting my signal is going again.

@gingstertrippin I'd recommend @giffgaff mate, never had an issue, change how much you pay each month, never needed to pay more than 10 quid a month :)
