@O2 you are not available 24/7 on the app, it's hasn't worked for months. No queuing, apparently all your agents are always busy. Also since when did next day delivery from Friday become deliver on a Monday? Have to miss work now. Your service has fallen behind GiffGaff. POOR!

@giffgaff I need help. Please can you message me as I am paying £10.00 per month for no reason (one contract I’m not using) and paying another two £10.00 per month for two other contracts. Need to cancel them all and hopefully get a refund for the first contract!

@bt_uk I do have a good 4G signal and am using it on giffgaff. The EE hub you provide is not as good as my smartphone. But worse than this, it has been turned off. It was at least working albeit badly 2 months ago.
