@giffgaff Please help, I have lost my phone and the password for my giffgaff. I want to replace my sim but each time I request a password reset on my giffgaff account giffgaff says it has sent it either via text (and I don't have my phone) or by email but it so far hasn't arrived

@giffgaff No I would recommend you just let your web-store team know - your page abondmemt rates will be high enough for them to clock the issue, it’s happening on mobile and desktop.
