@JayPalmer17 Hi Jay. As the giffgaff SIM is working in another phone it seems that the issue is not with the SIM itself. We would recommend getting in touch with the manufacturer of the phone so that they can look into this for you - giffgaff Hannah

@MattKamen Giffgaff is pretty great, their goody bags get pretty cheap if you’re not a heavy data user. Unlimited calls and texts. Only problem I ever had was when the O2 network went down that one time.

@SirRtHonSimonV1 @EE well yeah and it's unlocked which means if SMARTY doesn't work for me I will try GiffGaff (who I have for my work phone) or someone else

Jay Palmer
(@JayPalmer17) reported
@giffgaff I've tried this and it still won't connect. I've put an EE sim in the phone and it connected instantly so it's an issue with giffgaff not the phone

@giffgaff Yes, ee sim works. It detects the sim but says network unavailable so i dont think there is a problem with the sim or the phone.

@manansaddique Oh dear. As your giffgaff SIM card is working fine in another phone, it sounds like the issue is with the phone itself. Have you tired a non giffgaff SIM card in your new phone? - giffgaff Jade
