@giffgaff I know you wont be able provide support via social media. I was suggesting a phone call to help navigate support and ask necessary security questions.

Everything was working well with @giffgaff account until it stopped working and unable to log into account. Many may feel that we have let them down.

@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

Cancelled PAC, neither has full signal strength in town centre, 3 has better signal strength where I live just up the road from my parents, but same as GiffGaff where I live, so no point in moving

@asda_mobile Your service and website is not terrible. My new monthly bundle has not automatically renewed, as for whatever reason money cannot be taken from a active debit card, cannot top up either, or even add a new card due to a 500 error. I am switching to giffgaff instead. Screw you!

@JC_FrancisW Should also say that there are coverage maps online, otherwise it's down to local quirks. Big providers include EE, 02, Vodafone and people also really like Giffgaff and plusnet.

@EE Hi, looking to switch to you from @giffgaff. Do your PAYG SIM cards support Apple Watch with cellular data, visual voicemail, and eSIM? Or are these only on contract? Looking at the £10/month pack with 5GB data.

@giffgaff Hey, 3 questions please :) 1) is visual voicemail ever going to be a thing with giffgaff? 2) Is it possible to use a cellular Apple Watch with giffgaff/if not will this ever be supported seeing as they’ve been out a while? 3) any eSIM support planned?

@giffgaff I have no problem getting 15Mbps in the centre of town, so I know my phone is okay. Also, I'm positive my data/4G speed is much slower than previously, before the last fault. It's such a shame, as I really like being with you guys.

@giffgaff Afternoon, I’ve not had a signal for 2 days. Even outside where it’s usually fine. I’ve checked my account and my goody bag is still running. Any idea what’s up with it?
