  @ClaireFarley71 Oh dear, Claire. When ordering a SIM you can choose a free SIM or pre-purchase your first plan, but no further payments will be taken until the SIM is activated on the account after you receive it. Can you send us a DM, we can advise on where best to get support - giffgaff Hannah

  @Glen11Glen @dbcxptures That sounds fair. GiffGaff could be cheaper by a couple of pounds but little in it. Others have also mentioned the O2 network is pretty rubbish for mobile internet.

  @giffgaff good morning, I bought a phone from giffgaff last April & I believe its still in warranty. I am unable to get signal despite following all the steps including a new sim card & still no signal. I can only assume its the handset. Will a cracked screen affect the warranty?

  @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.
