    @giffgaff You never clearly informed customers of any specific time limit, such as 14 days or 30 days. This is completely misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of consumers. Isn’t this consumer fraud?

    @giffgaff @KielyFergus Still unresolved. Giffgaff deliberately making it difficult to reclaim money that has been taken from my account without authorisation. Going to the regulator and will provide full disclosure as to resolution.

    @giffgaff my wife tried to enter into phone contract via yourselves, and because she has never used klarna the contract can’t be fulfilled. Hugely irresponsible that via your chat function a person suggested taking debt/credit with klarna to improve score and support the order..
