@giffgaff Started a goody bag with you yesterday but have had the sim activated in the phone over 24 hrs yet phone won’t recognise it. Could sim be faulty or is the phone the issue? Bought it from you and it works with previous sim (from Three).

@mylittle1andme Ebay giffgaff sims for as little as 20p. Use once every 180 days to keep it active. Dependant on your phone network lock. Some phones have dual sim slots too.

@giffgaff Hi! Yes, that's what I've done but the agents can't find a solution to my problem. I can't access my email/bank account because it has an OTP through the phone. I have just sent a new request to fix the problem.
