@mafffhewwalker @giffgaff I'd keep an eye on the O2 status site then because if a mast failure is reported there you'll be able to sign up to get updates by text or email but as no faults are showing at the moment that service isn't available.

  • woldsweather Trevor Appleton (@woldsweather) reported

@giffgaff She's now got H+ signal and emails come through without us doing anything other than I rang her and that worked then messages came in.

@TommiesGuides @Andy2Gd @giffgaff Away in the motorhome for a few weeks around Yorkshire, Northumberland and the Lakes. Rarely got any better than a mediocre 3G and often nothing at all. best signal often up on the hills! It's a pathetic service. All about major cities.

@tayIorsswift13x Oh dear. Please can you clear your cache, cookies and web history then try this again. Please also try using a different browser or device, as this should help - giffgaff Jade

  • benno44775 Beano (@benno44775) reported

@woldsweather @giffgaff Hey Trevor have you tried powering it off and on to see if this helps reset the network connection ?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@woldsweather That's great Trevor. Unfortunately we are unable to confirm if that would work everytime. It is more than likely that her signal dropped due to location and the masts in the area. If she is to perform a manual roam, then this should help get her connected again - giffgaff Nicole
