Well this is annoying. Many of the sites about the different MVNOs said Giffgaff DID support wifi calling. Turns out that is ***** and they don’t 😡 It was shown as being on with Plusnet and they supposedly don’t! It seems a no brainer to have it.

  • dangermouse87 Nikita Green (@dangermouse87) reported

@giffgaff Okay I was just trying to Vito f to attention the potential fraud element. I’m not a Barclays or giffgaff customer but some people could be both.

@giffgaff I wish there was a phone number I could call and solve this issue straight away instead of going back and forward on social media

  • mufcjoe69 mufcjoe (@mufcjoe69) reported

@giffgaff I swear to god giffgaff you are so bad. I can’t get service ANYWHERE and when I do it’s so bad and so laggy I’m sitting in my own home and it’s lagging like why. Goodybag and everything active makes no sense why your network coverage is so bad.

  • Alex05233308 Alex (@Alex05233308) reported

@giffgaff How am I meant to help my situation ??

  • Dan45248009 Daniel (@Dan45248009) reported

@giffgaff what's happening with 4g and mobile connections around Northwich? For months now the signal just keeps dropping randomly and today I had no connection 4-5 times throughout the day. I need constant internet access for my job and this is getting ridiculous.

  • goghsavethebeez Dean Jay 🌻 (@goghsavethebeez) reported

@giffgaff no signal again. Once again, a phone mast near me isn't working properly and is making it impossible for me to make calls & receive texts. How many times does it need to be fixed before it's fixed 😮‍💨

  • _katefm Kate French-Morris (@_katefm) reported

@giffgaff It’s been another week and still no improvement. I have zero bars all the time, wherever I am in London. I’ve changed my sim twice. Would appreciate some more useful help now as this isn’t really acceptable.

  • bwglawuk bwglaw.legal (@bwglawuk) reported

@giffgaff Sent DM where network is often slow or non-responsive

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@puncharama Yikes. Within your phone connection settings, you'll be able to change the network mode, to not include 5G service if you want this switched off. - giffgaff Jeanette
