    @giffgaff I paid for a £20 goodybag and still haven’t received an email of confirmation and the goodybag is not active yet, the money is off my account though. please help :))

    @JamesKennedyUK Zen is terrific for t’internet. @EE twice bricked my phone when abroad despite my buying an add-on for such use because they didn’t like me being on a legacy T-Mobile plan. (Tried a Giffgaff SIM the second time; it was fine so not a phone issue.) Horrifically irresponsible.

    @giffgaff Hi, I contacted someone from the team and I didn’t get my issue fixed. I still have not received my receipt from my £20 goodybag and it hasn’t been activated yet. What should I do

    @lukemcewen @leonJPatterson Just signed up to the 10£ sim rolling contract. was a pound more than BT (same network), but i read that you get a bit more for money with EE. might go dual sim for a while with giffgaff. £15 all in.

    Just moved my fathering law to @giffgaff because he hardly uses his mobile. He had £15 PAYG credit on the phone He hasn't used the phone at all but the next morning £1.75 had gone & later that day it was down to zero. WTF is happening @giffgaff
