    If you have a mobile phone contract you are giving money away. Do the math on phone price + a SIM only (such as Giffgaff) and there is always a difference in favour of the Network. Only product/service where you pay extra to be locked into a contract.

    @giffgaff Oh I will be. Vodafone refusing to cancel at present even though I have 30 days after notice of price increase to cancel

    @giffgaff 2/ bothering to read what was explained in the previous ticket response & then waiting 24hrs again. If this is not resolved by tomorrow, I will probably be taking my business to another provider with a real tech support system.

    @giffgaff @Ben43178051 Might be worth @giffgaff updating your "Service Update" page, which is confusing all of us by telling us that the website, app and login are all operational, when clearly they are not!
