@giffgaff Unless the buttons fall off, which is not aparently covered in the warranty. They quote £60 to fix it. But that is just my experience. £3 button from ebay fixed it. Apart fron that phone was fine.

@giffgaff All systems can be overridden - after all they are made by humans and systems can go wrong. So if she has been kicked out for o reason, can she still transfer her number to a better network??

@giffgaff Still awaiting from @giffgaff to resolve the issue with my phone. Can't receive \ make calls and need it asap. Sent a message to the agents yesterday and no response yet. Really bad support. So frustrated.
