    @giffgaff I've just spent 3 weeks in Kent with no internet signal outside my daughter's WiFi. No signal in London either. O2 network clearly hasn't improved in the last 10 years since I lived in Oxford and had no signal in most of the city.

    @giffgaff I want to cancel my current goodybag to start a new one. I don’t have the option to do that in my dashboard as I still have data in my current goodybag, but I want to cancel it anyway. Any help in how I can do that?

    @gav @giffgaff Bet they have you on an old APN. Unsure if you can manually change them and the last time I did it, I had to delete all network settings to force a EE download. That means bye bye known wifi networks.

    @stephennaylor @gav @giffgaff Problem here is O2. I gave up using them for data, just so I reliable. Full reception, can't load pages. Then 5 minutes later get a burst of 30 seconds of speedy internet then goes again.
