@giffgaff I have been getting lots of calls not ringing recently that go straight through to my answerphone, which then shows I have a message, ( and can be called and heard) but no missed call on my phone ! Is there a network problem ?

@Blade_CoDMobile That's odd. We would recommend that you clear your cache, cookies and web history then try this again. You could also try using a different browser or device, as this should help - giffgaff Jade

@Kearney96 it's weird how plusnet and giffgaff tried that route to be more relatable using the north instead of using southern english voices and instead what happened was i came to resent the north as a whole new customer service enemy

@Yorksims @giffgaff Thanks. Yep thought about that. But at the moment stuck on a goodybag with 10gb left on it so it will never run out before the expiry date. Credit is the only option for the rest of the holiday.

@giffgaff Also PSA for anyone who has moved to @giffgaff and thinks their signal is terrible, for some reason they don’t enable 5G by default! If you’re on a modern phone just log in to your profile and enable it.

@giffgaff Hi guys - had a call from a lass who said she was Carphone Warehouse and that she'd got my number from my existing network provider. Untrue, right?

@beccatwitt @giffgaff Hi Rebecca/giffgaff Same just happened with my daughter. She has 3GB of EU data on her goody bag. I logged a support issue but not heard back. She's only been in Greece 2 days. How many texts is too many? Is a WhatsApp message classed as a text?
