@giffgaff is there any chance that you and your partners O2 could fix the network outage near Dundas by the canal? 2 days without proper coverage when you are isolated is less than acceptable.

  • _TheGbolahan_ one spanner loss (@_TheGbolahan_) reported

Giffgaff be like the Glo of UK. Very unfortunate network.

@Dan202338 We're not sure why this would have occurred Robert and we're not aware of any issues. Please try the manual roam provided in the link given previously and then test new phone calls to see what occurs. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff Bonus credit missing, reported. Initially got knocked back (wrongly) so I queried it, explaining. quick resolution (and apology), and more than adequately sorted. Kudos to your team.

It's just not acceptable to have a 25% increase! Anyone else having massive issues with EE, it wouldn't be so bad if I had perfect connection and no drop outs but it's not as good as @giffgaff my old supplier, who incidentally have frozen their charges until the end of 2023.

@mrdavidnwood I pay six quid a month on Giffgaff, and I never need more. Depends how much data you use though.

@Rapidrivergames i may have very very bad cell service in my halls with my ****** giffgaff pay as you go card

  • sp_jimbob JSP (@sp_jimbob) reported

@GazRich88 if you can afford to buy the phones outright, there’s no point being with a traditional carrier anymore - and it works out cheaper across the life of a traditional contract even with that upfront cost. Recommend GiffGaff (o2) or SMARTY (Three) dependant on local signal.
