@O2 are behaving atrociously when trying to "Resolve" a problem with signal absence in our area. @GiffGaff immediately released me from contract (they are on @O2 as well). What's wrong with this company?

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@BobFlem25914696 Hi Bob. It can take up to 24 hours from your port in day for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade

  • elibaz95 eli (@elibaz95) reported

@giffgaff Yes I have they keep delaying the resolution. They said Monday yesterday then now they said I’ll have customer relations reach out in 5 days. This is ridiculous I even quoted UK law word for word in which giffgaff is in violation of ad it’s been more than 14 days of return dlivry

  • oldskoolkiddy Mike Fletcher (@oldskoolkiddy) reported

@giffgaff Packaging - no problem, and I’d expect a phone sold as in excellent condition to run as such. Other refurbished iPhone sellers guarantee a minimum battery performance of 85%? No point spending £200 on a phone to have rubbish battery life!

  • JimAturity Jim Ature (@JimAturity) reported

@Giffgaff so frustrated you don’t have a customer services number when I really need you. How can I speak to someone? Please don’t ask me to go through the suggested options on your website...

  • O2 O2 in the UK (@O2) reported

@timwhitlock Okay Tim, you'd need to contact GiffGaff regarding any issues you're having with the network.
