@giffgaff @bbuk You've let me down. Please give an email to complain. I CANNOT get into the app as the phone and sim are gone! None of your advisors are helping me!

@O2 your app isn’t working properly. I’ve made 3 attempts to upgrade this evening. “Oops something went wrong” has been your response each time. Please fix it, giffgaff is becoming very tempting.

@giffgaff voicemail doesn't work in the u.s.a. They lie and tell you it does, but it doesn’t. Switch it off before you travel.

@giffgaff Accidentally signed for 18-month contract on 13/3/26. Router with SIM off since 17/3 for some months, so this contract is hardly useful!. I wish to cancel under my 14-day statutory right to cancel please. How? No email, phone contact, agent does not allow questions.

@gallo17657 Hello Peter, we understand your disappointment if you're unable to use your services. Please update your open case advising that the issue has not been resolved and the agent who has access to your account can look into this further for you. - giffgaff Ann

@giffgaff Yes, they reply once I have chased them and simply say we don’t have an update so it’s now been 20 calendar days with a partially working sim plan - sorry but it’s not good enough - I don’t want a response - I want a solution!!

@andysyers98 @giffgaff Wow what an awful attitude you have, by the look of your X account you are a landscaper imagine a customer talking to you like that, I bet you wouldn’t appreciate it.

@O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.
