Giffgaff by charging 3.6p per mb over 20gb/m, Three by slowing the data rate right down. It's quite legal under EU law.

⚽️ (@pmh2_patrick) reported@giffgaff She has. But she finds it hard to follow their instructions. There seems to be an issue with her phone, which she bought from you, but as it’s a bit out of the 30 days they are not being too helpful with a repair or replacement.
