@giffgaff Sorry to keep in about it, but under what conditions would a battery issue qualify for a warranty return? For example if I receive a phone with low battery capacity, say 81%, would that be covered by warranty?

@giffgaff need help please. Suddenly been advised not registered on the network. However my mobile is the same as my husband and he is on giffgaff with no issue. Any suggestions?

Giffgaff may be a cheap network, but it's the worst one EVER when you're having issues. There's literally nobody you can speak to, it's all done via messages and emails. What should be 30 seconds is taking days!!!

@wiredfire The battery will be in full working order, as we check battery life before the phones go out to our members. However, if there are any issues then all refurbished phones on giffgaff are covered under a 12-month warranty - giffgaff Jade

what a nightmare i have accidentally let my battery of phone die and then proceeded to lock my sim when i tried to use it again. So i goto GIFFGAFF and try and get a PUK .. and the PUK is not working (maybe cause i am abroad) what a nightmare

@ThreeUKSupport what's going on with mobile broadband in the po12 area? I've had to move to @giffgaff for today! I'll contact customer services for a refund tomorrow!
