@giffgaff Yeah, I often tell my pals, if they have an emergency I'll get back to them in a week. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. 8 DAYS AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. STILL NEVER HAD A REAL-TIME CONVERSATION WITH ANYONE!

@giffgaff I received a replacement SIM, put it in the phone and clicked on Activate. 12 says later, still not connected. Support keep telling me it's with the engineers ... Come on giffgaff, fix it please.

@giffgaff Thank you Ann. I understand it can take up to 24 hours to get a reply for help; not good if I need to fix a problem now. Hopefully we can get this sorted soon or I may have to find another provider (a shame as I've *loved* GiffGaff to date!)

Back and forth between @giffgaff and @hsbc to chase down a regular payment that has been going out of my account to an unknown party's phone for OVER A YEAR without me realising (yep, my bad). Someone's been having free calls off me since late 2019. So annoying. Hopefully sorted.

@biglesp @giffgaff I've been on @giffgaff since the start, I can never understand why anyone would choose anything else. Even my electronic projects have their own SIM.

@giffgaff Been a loyal customer for many years, really angry as for the last few months my £25 always on data packages doesn't work. There's no coverage so can't receive/make calls, send texts or use internet. #RipOff

@itssjpbaby I’m with giffgaff, I chose them purely because they were cheap! I believe they use O2’s network? I get great coverage and they cost less than three did 🥴 I keep getting happily surprised when my signal is perfect in areas where I previously had none!
