@BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

Does anyone have an aftermarket 4G Wifi router such as the TP-LINK AC1200? Do they pick up 4G signal better than the wee white box Huawei R219 thing? Despite living in the middle of the city my Vodafone 4G signal is very slow, approximately 10x slower than my giffgaff/O2 signal!

@flub5568 If you're only getting this message when texting the competition number, it may be the number itself isn't right, or how you're inputting it Rory. Please text a different number, even you're own, to test the text service. - giffgaff Jeanette

Well @giffgaff @O2, having evaluated your service all over the country for use as a backup to my main @EE sim on my dual sim phone. I find your service absolutely abysmal and not even suitable as a backup. Therefore I must dispense with your shocking network.
