  @BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

  @SMARTYMobileUK just changed my provider from Giffgaff to @SMARTYMobileUK and the coverage is terrible I keep getting 'data usage alerts' no signal Not very happy #mobilecoverage

  @O2 @giffgaff I'm on the Eurostar travelling back from Belgium. Signal tremendous all the way 5G /4G on Orange-B / Orange-F until I get to the UK when it keeps dropping and I get loading icons. Why in 2025 can't the UK have reliable signal throughout the country?

  Raised a complaint with @giffgaff on 20th Feb, despite constant chasing still can’t send messages, access voicemail or receive calls… agent responses just say thank you for your patience please bear with us. Really poor customer service ….

  Hi @giffgaff can you send me the instructions of how to get a refund from my account credit , unfortunately due to your service not being available to me due a faulty mast I’ve had to change provider , shame because up until then the service was good
