@cosmiclandmine Avoid EE. Vodafone are so-so. GiffGaff are good with a flexible, no contract model (tho an O2 MVNO), provided you can get a decent signal - it’s woeful here.

@MattKamen Giffgaff is pretty great, their goody bags get pretty cheap if you’re not a heavy data user. Unlimited calls and texts. Only problem I ever had was when the O2 network went down that one time.

@giffgaff That's bad. Well behind the competition. O2 offer it and you use their network. Oh well will look elsewhere.

@giffgaff Maybe, if the problems appear to be related to O2 phone masts (and, what a surprise, 4G is showing problems now all their masts are switching over to 5G, I wonder why that might be?? *sarcasm alert*) giffgaff should ally itself with a different network provider

My mums been without signal for 2 months thanks to @giffgaff, we’ve changed her over to @ThreeUK and she’s back up and running and for cheaper! Giffgaff have the worst customer service by any company I’ve ever experienced. Good riddance.
