@giffgaff hi. Since changing my sim from EE to giff gaff my phone turns off and back on numerous times a day, claiming it can’t find a network. Is there a chance of it being a problem with the sim ? Had no phone problems before this and Apple said it’s nothing they’ve had before.

@giffgaff It’s hard to know which factor it is - as there weren’t any issues before. I don’t have another phone I can test the sim in, is there any way of getting a replacement sim?

@giffgaff I have been trying to seek help to activate my SIM card (but keep my old number) for a month but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Why don't you do call centers? I think I speak to a different person each time who doesn't know all previous correspondence

@erabass Oh dear, Erato. We can appreciate how frustrating this must be for you. Our agents have different shifts, so this would be why you speak to someone else when receiving a reply. Please send us a DM with your case reference number and we'll help chase this. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff Help. We've paid for a goodybag and want to start it early using the button but the site insists we buy a new one. What do we do?

@giffgaff I’ve tried they’re not helping! I can’t get past the stupid diagnostic tool to complete a return. Whatever I click through either says my problem is solved (which it clearly isn’t), or that the phone needs to go for a chargeable repair (which I’m clearly not paying for)!!!!
