@giffgaff Just don’t expect any customer service. Giffgaff agents gave me incorrect information after my SIM was lost. Rather than apologise just fobbed me off & when I said I wasn’t happy sent me a PAC code link to get my 4 accounts transferred elsewhere! “Got a complaint - well f**k off”

Wish I'd switched from @EE to @giffgaff sooner. I was paying so much (also being skanked) and now GG are soooo lush and seem to increase my data at no extra cost. Saving money & can cancel at any time. LOVE THEM. Loathe EE.

Day 12. Internet is no longer dropping out every few minutes. It's now just constantly out now. I am genuinely considering getting a 4G dongle and an unlimited 4G plan with GiffGaff and ditching broadband altogether. It's proven itself to be highly unreliable and very slow.

@giffgaff Since yesterday AM I have been getting crap reception & can barely connect to anything.I thought my data speed had been reduced after using most of my allowance & bought another goodybag today only to receive the same crap reception! I want a refund!This is unacceptable
