    @SMARTYMobileUK just changed my provider from Giffgaff to @SMARTYMobileUK and the coverage is terrible I keep getting 'data usage alerts' no signal Not very happy #mobilecoverage

    @BreakIntoProg @barry_barcrest I chucked all my stupid overpriced business plans in the bin and went to Giffgaff a couple of years ago. Couple of odd little quirks, but really have no complaints and save a ton of money. Very good CS too. Tend to sort you out / benefit of doubt if problems.

    @giffgaff My brother tried to set up his account on your network, and he got his account set up, entered a voucher number, his SIM activated, but the goodybag never started. Why is that? He's refusing to pay for another goodybag (which makes sense) because he can't use this one😕

    @baz82921815 Not a problem, Baz. You just need to make sure that your Mothers phone is unlocked to all networks or locked to O2, for the giffgaff SIM to work - giffgaff Jade

    @giffgaff as of this morning my phone won’t connect to data… have tried turning off/on again, resetting manual roaming, resetting network settings and nothing has worked!

    @giffgaff I looked on your site, and that is not clear at all. Just says new goodybag available. Things like this should be clear and transparent to the customer.
