@giffgaff everyone was receiving two texts a day to offer support , advice and comfort. Through this number we were able to get help for those socially isolating without family support or internet.

@giffgaff Hi Elmer, I've logged a ticket but wondered if its a known issue. I can deal with a double top up, just as long as both payments hit my account. Only one showing, even though there's two order transactions. Very odd!

I feel angry from @giffgaff. I do not receive adequate Internet. The fact I cannot receive any Internet some of the times. I complained about it and the giffgaff told me one of their transmitters broke down. I must compensate because this is not my problem. My name is hussa50155
