@giffgaff I would have understood a gradual increase over the years - it didn't make sense that I was paying the same since October 2015 until March 2023. This now looks bad on giffgaff because rises of >30% are difficult to digest. Maybe adding more data to goody bags could mitigate.

Cracking service from @giffgaff who took my phone for a battery replacement, decided it wasn’t worth it and now can’t seem to work out how to send me a new one or provide any answers. No real people to speak to. Looking forward to being a @TalkmobileUK customer instead

@QueefMagenta Hi there. We don't place the restriction to specific websites, it would be that website has classed itself as over 18s, or sections of it, which would be why you can't access it directly from our network. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@giffgaff can someone tell me why since the new mast for vodaphone and ee was installed near my work the signal on not only mine but a few others at work is absolutely shocking i have 4g and full bars my phone and others just buffers TIA
