    @ed_objective I’ve always been happy with @giffgaff Flexible so can change rate pay each month depending on how much you use. Most range up to £20 a month. Only paid 10 last month with my own phone. Rates seem to have come down over the years been with them. No long term contract.

    @giffgaff Is there any particular reason why you don't let your customers log on to their accounts abroad? How are we supposed to buy more data/goodybags when we run out? Yes, I know how to use a VPN but that still seems stupid to have to do in order to access your account.

    @giffgaff Hi, I've been charged twice for my recurring goodbag, once on the 5th & again on the 11th April. Obviously there is no way of contacting you through your website and the FAQ's don't help. Can someone please get back to me. Thanks
