@ZainB_121 Hi Zain. We can confirm that this wasn't sent to you by giffgaff. We recommend that you delete the text and don't follow the link. We’re doing everything we can to stop this from happening, and have been shutting down these sites as quickly as they crop up. - giffgaff Emer.

Wow, thanks @giffgaff - you emailed saying my phone repair is out of warranty - no details given - & quoted £246 to repair it. Adding insult to injury, saying I'll be charged £15 to send it back unrepaired. Phone cost me £199 and I've only had it a couple of months! So bad.😡

@giffgaff I am being driven INSANE by your online diagnostic service. The microphone on my newly purchased phone does not work properly and I would like to return it for a replacement but cannot manage to do this online.

@giffgaff is the signal down today or something? Paying for unlimited data and hardly got anything working.

@giffgaff I have managed to do a return now by changing the issue with the phone. There is a piece of paper which I need to print but I do not have access to a printer. Is there a way to process the return without printing off that piece?

@giffgaff Those are the steps I am following and at the end of the diagnostic it says "your issue has been resolved" and will not let me process the return

@Shammz006 @SMARTYMobileUK That's not so bad... not the best for home broadband but respectable for mobile - I would have stuck with smarty/3 if I had that (or less). They also benefit from having wifi calling/VoLTE which others like voxi, giffgaff etc are missing.

@WeekendWireless @giffgaff Yes but you can cancel the recur whenever you like. You are not obliged to carry on paying monthly. If you just need it for a month or two you can do that.
