  • suhailpatel Suhail Patel (@suhailpatel) reported from London, England

@Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  • uncoolbob Bob MacCallum (@uncoolbob) reported from London, England

No signal, phone or data here @giffgaff

  • catskidschaos Karen Reekie (@catskidschaos) reported from Richmond, England

If you have to clear your cache and log out then log back in but you can’t click on an e mail link and have to go via a browser to access a service on a website it’s a bit crap. Looks at @giffgaff and mutters about giving up and not bothering to continue with the thing I need...

  • staylowkae baby wasteman. (@staylowkae) reported from London, England

giffgaff finally back to more data less money but ofc its slow now 😐

  • LauraSummersNow Laura Summers (@LauraSummersNow) reported from London, England

@giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

  • SoundsWukah Wukah (@SoundsWukah) reported from Brentford, England

@giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

  • UKVampire Iain "UKVampire" Culverhouse (@UKVampire) reported from Bracknell, England

@Relentless0wl @giffgaff Nope no joke...no tongue in cheek. Just my general opinion on a network that I am very happy with

  • TooMuchManga TooMuchManga (@TooMuchManga) reported

@_sh1opan Giffgaff is probably the cheapest and you don't need a contract. But check signal with local residents. Probably still Ikea Argos/Curries/Amazon... I guess wherever really. As the generic brands See above for washing machine. The DFS Sale still going STRONG

  • hattiecooke Hattie Cooke (@hattiecooke) reported

Dear @giffgaff I've just bought a referbed iPhone from you that doesn't get signal. So I checked the IMEI and it's blacklisted - which means this phone has been lost/stolen. Can you contact me so we can resolve the issue? PS - selling stolen phones isn't a good look.
