@CBarrett1994 That would be the coverage in your area as normal, and it does show the same for the data. However, as there is a mast issue, this would affect the coverage. Unfortunately due the mast issue, there would be an issue with all your services. We're sorry about that. - giffgaff Emer.

@StunnerCurves Hi there. It can take up to 24 hours from activation for your service to be fully up and running. During this time we recommend that you reboot your phone off and on again a few times, to help speed this up - giffgaff Jade
