@giffgaff I told you, it's the Peckham Nunhead area. You know this. I know SO MANY PEOPLE that have reported this. JUST FIX IT! I don't know what that has to do with my postcode, I don't live there, I work there.

@BorisBirkin SIM activation can take up to 24 hours Rowley, so this may be why there is no service. Are you getting any emails from us with a password reset link attached? - giffgaff Jeanette

@sxa555 @giffgaff The reason I know there's 15 is that we've been trying to get some things changed down the access road. Unfortunately it's an unadopted path ... and we're also trying to get that changed to make other enforcements more easily applied.

@giffgaff do your golden goody bags support 4g or are they 5g only?

Pulling together evidence of dreadful @giffgaff practice of wrongfully and routinely dismissing valid handset warranty claims - to back up trading standards complaint. Pls share #giffgaffnoguarantee

@giffgaff the latest mobile network to penalize PAYG customers by making golden goody bags unavailable to PAYG customers. So much for been a decent network.

@Laxman_Chauhan We're sorry to see this. Please ensure the app is up to date. If it is and you're still having these issues, uninstall and reinstall the app to see if this helps. - giffgaff Jeanette

@ThreeUKSupport I use pay as you go. Since your doing some ridiculous price hikes, do you offer a service where I can use the amount of 'top-up' ive got to buy a monthly pack which contains minutes, texts and data? Similar to how giffgaff used to do it
