Ori (@kendall1tau) reported@O2 Please can you help, bought iphone XS @giffgaff it should be unlocked, however it's locked to O2 network (OK with Giffgaff sim). @giffgaff just can't seem to unlock the device to allow use on all networks. Realise its a big ask but is there anyway you can help me ? Thanks.
