@giffgaff is such s**t. Currently self isolating with covid and we’re having a power cut. Exactly the sort of time a mobile phone would be really useful. Essential even. But I’m stuck with one spot where I get phone signal and a paltry 3Gs if I’m lucky. Cannot wait to switch.

@giffgaff It’s not a transient issue because of the current power issue affecting our house. It’s ongoing poor performance. Constantly having to use Wi-Fi because my mobile connection is so poor. Text messages that just can’t send. Call strength that makes calls impossible at home.

@giffgaff I’ve been through the community forum stuff and done your manual roaming. I think it’s just your service isn’t very good. I know loads of people who have the same experience. As I say, it’s cheap for a reason.

@katiec1314 Giffgaff runs on the o2 network but is cheaper cos of no shops etc, all run by the users. been with them for over 11yrs and many others I know have joined in that time to.

@giffgaff It’s not a temporary signal issue. It’s a complete failure of your network to actually provide coverage. I’ve done all your community advice stuff and fiddled with settings and all sorts. It’s just useless.

@giffgaff This has been an ongoing issue since switching to giffgaff. However, it's been since Friday that all signal or whatever has been lost. DE1 3LD

@giffgaff I’ve asked for help before through your forum. Why different this time? I’ll see if I have the energy to try more giffgaff solutions. But that doesn’t explain why most times I can’t even send a text first time and have the resend multiple times just to text.
