  @giffgaff worse customer service ever. Can't be bothered helping when there is something wrong so you have to try and cobble your way through their community hoping someone else has had the same problem. Stop trying to be quirky and try being helpful

  @Ricky_ting777 @dbcxptures Strange, I spend most of my days in the country or near/on farms and it has done a full 180. Was giffgaff for years until this issue forced me to try something new
