    @giffgaff I’ve been through the community forum stuff and done your manual roaming. I think it’s just your service isn’t very good. I know loads of people who have the same experience. As I say, it’s cheap for a reason.

    @giffgaff I was sent a faulty refurbished phone and no replacement sent. All messages to their agents have been ignored . The customer service is **** and unacceptable! Can I please get a response .

    @O2 absolutely disgusted at your none existent customer service! I can do what I want via MyO2 but you phone line keeps cutting me off. Only been with you one day and want to leave back to giffgaff already!

    Just exited to activate my voxi sim and get rid of giffgaff, but I can’t login to my account to bring my old number to voxi… how long I have to wait? @VOXI_UK

    @giffgaff I’d say anyone who want reliable mobile service just pay for a proper provider. There’s a reason it’s so cheap.

    Lols Nokia's are cheap as **** on eBay and Giffgaff hone has not been cloned so far unlike my ten year plus phone number.

    @giffgaff I dont know who to contact. I am upset as the minute it went through all my online notifications went on so it started charging me straight away. And its almost xmas. Thank u for replying. Im not a young customer x also severely disabled so im a bit upset tbh
