I'm in China and I need help. Can anyone tell me how to top up my GIffgaff free calling card? Or a friend who can help me buy a Giffgaff top-up coupon in the UK?

  • howlieT a box full of owls (@howlieT) reported

Honestly, the main problem with @giffgaff as a network is that if you have a non account issue it relies on the stack overflow method of help. Love to hope a random stranger sees my question and knows the answer guys!

@editsfqx That's not good. Are you able to send us your full postcode via DM and we'll see if there are any issues in your area that could be causing this to occur. - giffgaff Jeanette

@LisaBoyles @giffgaff Have tried them but 02 network is so poor definitely moving on to a more reliable network

  • PeterEdwards99 Peter Edwards (@PeterEdwards99) reported

@TeeNoodles @BlokeOnWheels Sky, Giffgaff, Lyca and a bunch of others don't have their own network, they essentially rent from people like O2, EE etc. Far as I know only 3, O2, Voda and EE have a network. So I presume tenants have to charge if "landlord" does? Or can they set roaming pricing independently?

  • VictorianDad Victorian Dad (@VictorianDad) reported

@ihopethisis @giffgaff Failing to see what you find controversial about this post? The reference to No. 10 Downing Street having a revolving door? The promise to keep current prices for over a year? What makes you think that this post was a bad decision?

  • Bagpus Bagpus (@Bagpus) reported

@giffgaff is it possible to covert to an eSIM please? My phone has one SIM slot and one eSIM. I'm traveling soon and seems they mainly have Sims where I'm going. So it would help if I could use the eSIM for Giffgaff. Thanks for advice

  • nhsfatcat Simon Ruffle (@nhsfatcat) reported

@Parody_RCGP @giffgaff By commissioning a service they have admitted it’s worth 170k when they were paying 70k. Perhaps they’ll pay properly for all the services that the Cumbrian GPs provide.

  • WildWestNut ☆Bandit☆ (@WildWestNut) reported

Hey @giffgaff how do I turn on 5G on my phone looks through my settings an it’s just showing up as 4G but I ordered a 5G sim any help is appreciated

  • hadleypch Paul Hadley (@hadleypch) reported

@malcolm_stack @adamboultonTABB @VodafoneGroup Don't have contracts with mobile companies and use sim only people like Smarty and GiffGaff instead. I pay £10 a month and can simply cancel it myself if required. It's v simple , no tie in, no chance of all this nonsense.
