    I got a 5g sim for my phone with my network ( Giffgaff excellent #giffgaff @giffgaff ) has the best pick up of any network in my area of Norfolk (@vodafone being worst!) But no network has #5G here out in sticks yet. So can't be bothered to change over yet! It's just a pain todo

    Back and forth between @giffgaff and @hsbc to chase down a regular payment that has been going out of my account to an unknown party's phone for OVER A YEAR without me realising (yep, my bad). Someone's been having free calls off me since late 2019. So annoying. Hopefully sorted.

    @giffgaff I'm in Luxembourg and their Post network that my phone often picks up blocks outgoing calls. Why is this? (it's not a one-off. I'm often here and it's a persistent problem with this network)

    @giffgaff This is the escalation team!!! This is result of 7 days of waiting after it getting it escalated! PLEASE LOOK AT THE SITUATION FOR MORE THAN 10 secs before responding, just a perfect example of the state of your customer service...
