@giffgaff my texts are not working since switching to your network. Half of my apps are not working due to this. Instead of looking for solutions , your team keeps asking to do things I have already tried. Please look into the issue from backend

@giffgaff I have 8 days left of airtime, therefore none needed adding. You don't know what 'goodwill' means, you #incompetent wasters. It did not take 5 working days for my money to go from my account to your grubby hands. Good customer service would be - crediting my account with data.

@giffgaff This is not true I'm afraid. B11 3SB with Giffgaff is terrible for internet. You can't even hold a Teams call or Zoom meeting. What then is the use of the 8Gb internet bought for 10 quid even when it burns very fast? Output: Zero. Frustrating!

@JamesTurner37 The take away James, is why are you with O2? GiffGaff is the same network, offers zero customer service but is a fraction of the price.

@oliviasolon Might be worth looking at Giffgaff, Voxi and Smarty. They're in-house "budget-MVNO" brands owned by the network they're on (O2, Voda and Three, respectively). All PAYG with auto-renew options, perhaps more convenient than a contract?
