    Hi @giffgaff We purchased an IPhone XS Max 2.5yrs ago for £1300 it now has a carrier update fail message @AppleSupport have looked at the phone and advised it should be replaced but as it was purchased through yourselves it should be done via you and consumer protection laws.

    @carolblackwood Oh dear, Carol. If you aren't able to pass the SIM onto anyone else we would recommend that you hang on to it as a spare SIM in case you have any problems with your current SIM and need a SIM replacement - giffgaff Jade

    @RobbieKnox @giffgaff @SMARTYMobileUK Nooooo... Smarty using one of the worst Networks 3, And since they are piggybacking off them you won't get priority At peak times and in congested areas...

    @giffgaff why is it that the data speeds on our network have plummeted in the last few months? My O2 E-sim has exactly the same signal level but works fine. It’s not just my phone but my girlfriends as well and it’s everywhere not just one location.

    Hallo @giffgaff. Can you tell me what has happened with the phone service? I’ve checked down detector that says there is a problem. 02 on the other hand says the network is running as usual. We have no phone service. Thanks.
