    @O2 I have swapped my giffgaff sim to o2 I have my pac no but the giffgaff sim has cancelled but no service on my o2 sim. How long will this take as I can’t be without a phone I am a carer?

    @giffgaff Sent now. Impossible to access agent response, no signal since Tuesday at 7am. Phone has been tested with another sim card. Works fine. So it's your end

    Hey @giffgaff - my number was supposed to transfer to you on Tuesday & not only has it not transferred and seemingly disappeared but my temporary number doesn’t have any signal or mobile data either - when will this be resolved?! It’s not good enough!
