Of course it doesn't help that I'm on GiffGaff so half my attempts to dial take like ten minutes to connect anyway... 🙄

  • leaveciaraalone Ciara (@leaveciaraalone) reported

@giffgaff Hi.. i've done the process and my phone says no service. Is that just whilst it sorts itself out?

  • AstragaliUSA Mark Cooper (@AstragaliUSA) reported

*goes to giffgaff (mobile phone service) to buy £10 goodybag, like I've done for months* *£10 goodybag is now "golden"* *tries to buy* Giffgaff: You can't queue golden goodybags, you'll have to set it to recur to do that Me: **** you, I'm buying the £8 one; I barely use data :P

@giffgaff what’s happening with your coverage today? I’ve got no 4G. It dropped out about 20 minutes ago and I’ve rebooted my phone several times. 3G is really poor but there appears to be no 4G at all.

@Mykiel_B @giffgaff @O2 Hi Mike, it’s been flagged as “intermittent” on O2’s website all week. The problem is affecting both GG and O2 subscribers, so it’s a network/physical layer problem.

@Cherryxhoran We use the O2 network, but we are a separate company from them. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@blogmywiki I had issues with Giffgaff all summer. I'd have full 4g signal but no data anywhere with lots of people -capacity issues with masts perhaps? As an aside, I've switched to Plusnet mobile. They use EE and are much better and cheaper.

  • leaveciaraalone Ciara (@leaveciaraalone) reported

@giffgaff Hi sorry Jeanette. Phone is not found is stolen. I mean I have followed the process to transfer my number to a new sim but the new sim now just says "Out of service"
