@ThreeUK you failed to port my number from giffgaff, after disconnecting it, and now cust svcs say it may take until Tuesday, and refuse to help further. Cannot login to banks, websites, taxis, etc. etc. Need your help in getting 3 to take this problem seriously and fixed today.

@giffgaff @O2 The £7 electricity top up at the Coop has got through but the £8 gas has not reached the meter, for the first time ;( Suspect @O2 outage may have something to do with this too. I have to work out how you "key in the vend code" 🤔😬

@giffgaff your service is very slow. I have ordered for a sim card since Monday and as at today, Thursday the status still says processing. No contact phone number to get help What a service
