@giffgaff have unlimited data as part of my goody bag but 4G doesn’t work, nor does the phone connect to internet whilst using data. Apple store said to speak to giffgaff about the issue - is it a problem with the SIM?

@giffgaff Just today. We inserted it into her phone and it activated. However her profile says it’s still needs activating. I try to input the activation code and it says it’s already active. We can make calls no problem buts it’s on the new number as the old one hasn’t transferred yet.

@Apple Trying to find out if I can use a giffgaff sim in my new and rather costly phone. Your ‘support’ cut me off. I also understand you will not allow tethering with giffgaff. Why is this please? I am having a bad experience with Apple today.
