@giffgaff hey an issue with my mum SIM card I’ve activated and topped up Monday and she can’t receive or make call or texts. Did all checks sim in another fone etc no joy phone says “call failed” “text failed” help please Thanks

@giffgaff Hi, I’ve received the phone and the sim card but never received a confirmation email for the order and with my giffgaff user details so unable to cancel the goodybag so I don’t get charged next month. What to do in this situation?
