@giffgaff messaged your team to let them know the mast is still broke in my area and I still have no signal for calls or data use. I have been refunded in the past, now I’m being told to leave - we have several contracts with you and your customer service is usually much better?

@giffgaff How can a “service” company run with zero customer service/help and no phone number? What nonsense! Scammers!

@giffgaff The app was where I had the problem, I've managed to log in through my laptop and got topped up thankfully.

@ajzxne Giffgaff doesnt own or have to invest, develop or maintain any network infrastructure. They just piggyback networks.

@elizaisonfire It was a promotion for Giffgaff. They did a campaign where you could hire 1 of 13 "tools" and if you used it in a video you would get free cell service for a year and a chance to win money. Anyone could enter. Dan choosing the gimp of all the tools was just... him being dinof.

@MarkSparx2 If the live chat has cut off Mark, and you've been referred to our agents, it may be that the keywords used suggested an account issue and not a phone issue. Please try this again to speak to our live chat team. - giffgaff Jeanette

@giffgaff what is going on with the signal especially the 4g signal in my area of Great Yarmouth?? I can’t make calls and when I go out I can’t get a signal anywhere in town or along the seafront??

  • Simonli127

@giffgaff You never clearly informed customers of any specific time limit, such as 14 days or 30 days. This is completely misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of consumers. Isn’t this consumer fraud?
