@giffgaff first thing I see of giffgaff is an full on LIE 1.The mobile network run by you Speed test shows O2 which is not the users the plans are higher than the service that is using O2 £10 for 7GB of data with data rollover Giffgaff 1GB for £6

@giffgaff why does your data /internet access never work? it's either super slow despite a 4g connection, or it tells me I have 4g but never loads a single thing and tells me I have no internet connection. My friends and family are experiencing the same thing!!!!

@Yorksims @giffgaff giffgaff never did an rollover of the last data plan I know I always buy an bit more because of data speed changes by giffgaff All our plans come with unlimited UK calls and texts. ( don`t even put rollover of data over ) All last data get removed and the new one replace it

@O2 @giffgaff what’s the crack with the network being down in Devizes, Wiltshire. Says a mast problem but it’s been like this since lunch time. Phone is essentially useless as we do not have Wi-Fi in our location, or a landline so rely heavily on the o2/giffgaff. Time scale???

@giffgaff I have lost my sim card and unable to sign in to my account since they say they have sent a verification code to my email but nothing comes through. I have been in contact with customer service for the last 5 days and it has still not been resolved.
