@chrisdetsicas @ThreeUK @giffgaff - was with 3 for 10 years and they kept cutting my data allowance. I get a shit tonne of data and flexibility for peanuts with giffgaff

@O2 / @giffgaff please can you check your signal / networks / masts around Staffordshire and Cheshire? The service is shocking. Has been for months. 3 of us are all having issues - it's almost unusable. Calls drop all the time, no signal or poor signal.

@giffgaff There is literally no information that is helpful there other than telling me there's a problem, which I already know. An ETA to fix would be useful.

@ottocrat @giffgaff @ThreeUK PlusNet. Good customer service also.

@giffgaff @giffgaff your recently announced changes to free EU roaming, from 20G down to 5G, is not in line with your brand image. As a remote worker this was a key factor in my choice to use you. I'm going to look elsewhere. I can't be the only one. Spank those responsible for this.

@MX5AKA Good point. Whenever I searched GiffGaff 5G it presented a map showing good coverage without any mention that this was general coverage. Entering locations does allow you select, which wasn’t initially obvious. Better labelling would help, especially when accessed from tablets.

@_RobboParker Was having issues with giffgaff earlier but seems ok now lads at work all on different networks having trouble too

@KieranCairns @giffgaff Which is why my very first question was whether I moan to O2 and giffgaff. Tbh it's irrelevant who they use. I purchase airtime from giffgaff. It's giffgaff responsibility to me as a customer to tell me what is going on. If they can't do that they should escalate to o2

@ottocrat @giffgaff @ThreeUK If we all cancel our goody bags today, perhaps they will roll back. I have no allegiance to giffgaff at all.

@giffgaff Why is the roaming allowance going down.
