  @giffgaff hello i am having major issues with bt i am now paying out of contract prices with them and they wont let me cancel my landline unless i renegotiate a contract with them which i no longer wish to do. is there any phone number to talk to someone about a one switch move ?

  @EE lol. Really? Twice you bricked my phone when overseas even though I bought roaming because you didn’t like my legacy contract. A GiffGaff SIM worked fine and the speed and lack of hassle with which you refunded the roaming charges was v suspicious. I would never trust you again.

  @Surprice123519 Hi there. At the moment we only deliver SIM cards to selected destinations, and unfortunately if the country isn't listed we are unable to ship a SIM there. We're unable to advise on when this service will be restored to more destinations - giffgaff Hannah

  @O2 @giffgaff hi, I’ve been experiencing service issues on the giffgaff network in Stowmarket area for nigh on a week now. Service status on both your pages state there’s a phone mast issue but should be able to do all the usual things, however you can’t. ETA on fix?
