PplRism (@PplRism) reportedHi @giffgaff, this is not good enough. Sorry, but your service during the streaming of the #ENGDEN match was appalling. Please refund me, or I will go elsewhere.
-
Pete Austin (@PeteAustin_) reported@giffgaff Yeah I’ve done those steps over and over again but it still won’t connect to Wi-fi Extra. Is there support beyond that step by step guide?
-
PplRism (@PplRism) reported@giffgaff No, I was trying to watch the football, and you completely destroyed it. Utterly USELESS. I have now switched it off, result unknown, because you cannot provide the service I paid for.. #giffgaff
-
Plipo Gamez (@PlipOGamez) reported@giffgaff Is it guaranteed I will get 100GB for £20? You people should learn how do good support. Each time I contact you with a simple question, I get fobbed off by people who don't know how to do their job. You should aim to resolve issues with the least number of interactions.

Canny Hill (@cannyhilltweets) reported@giffgaff I wish to stop you'r marketing materials coming into my inbox. It should be a simple procedure but have it found impossible. I do not understand most of the options offered up & the one I assume is the correct one am told don't have access to. Please help.
-
Rob (@RobbieTheMoo) reported@giffgaff GiffGaff, are you feeling ill? Under the weather? I ask as signal coverage has been very bad in Edinburgh past few days. Wondering if it is a wider problem or a localised problem? Wife and I affected at very least across two phones between us.
