@giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

@QueefMagenta Hi there. We don't place the restriction to specific websites, it would be that website has classed itself as over 18s, or sections of it, which would be why you can't access it directly from our network. - giffgaff Tasbiya

@giffgaff I would have understood a gradual increase over the years - it didn't make sense that I was paying the same since October 2015 until March 2023. This now looks bad on giffgaff because rises of >30% are difficult to digest. Maybe adding more data to goody bags could mitigate.

@ThreeUK Switch to @giffgaff, you get more data and the customer service isn't as appalling as Three, who I am utterly convinced by now are a joke company. Its the only explanation 😬

@giffgaff Hello, I got an email warning me my number will expire due to inactivity, so today I bought £10 credit top up to prevent my number from expiring. The issue is I've yet to receive an email or text assuring me that my number will no longer expire after buying the top up.

@TeletResearch. My phone is on @giffgaff but has connected to Telet - I’m in Wiltshire at the moment and got a confusing text message about being in Jersey. Is this something to do with your network?
