@giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

@virginmedia The apologies don't pay the bills... When GiffGaff had network problems for a day, the gave back the money for the whole month... That's an appreciable apology and a network who cares about their customers

Hi @SMARTYMobileUK, just letting you know it’s been fun but I’m leaving. Network has been unusable with speeds in major cities hitting 1mb on iPhone 13. London was worse in not even being able to complete speed test. @giffgaff think you can beat them?

@Tankslider @O2 Doesn't surprise me, they’re so used to customer churn they know they’ll just win another defector from elsewhere, and as a good chunk of the MVNOs use o2s network (inc Giffgaff which is owned by o2 anyway) there’s a strong chance whatever you do in a huff you end up paying them
