@giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

@giffgaff If I’d be able to SEE in my statements GiffGaff DD and the number which that payment goes to, it would be EASY, BUT IF I HAVE 3 DD ONLY SAYING GIFFGAFF, How I’m gonna know? I can’t track the date I purchased that Sim, HELP.

@giffgaff Obviously if I’m writing is because that wasn’t possib, HOW I’m gonna cancel DD with my Bank if I have 3 DD from GiffGaff n ONLY 1 is the one I want to stop? Other 2 numbers are perflectly in use. I gave the Phone numb I want to stop, YOU GUYS should know the DD associated to!

I didn’t want to change mobile provider. But I was told this was the only way I could keep my service bill at a level I could afford. I was very happy with the PAYG service I had from @giffgaff, and did not want to change, but it was that or a surcharge.

@thealso @giffgaff Man, that sucks. My limit dropped from 20 to 12 last year, wouldn’t be surprised if it drops more. We collectively got through about 30GB roaming in a week recently.

@giffgaff No, exactly because if that, been 2 months no one can solve the issue and they are stealing my money! I can’t cancel de DD, so you guys MUST KNOW THE DD ASSOCIATED TO THE NUMBER I WANT TO CANCEL. HELP PLEASE. Thanks.

@giffgaff We have already received the free Sim the phone is locked cause it's not connecting but we need the number blocked so the wee **** can't get into the phone

@giffgaff All no good without a signal. Myself and others who have giffgaff and o2 have got no mobile signal in Melling Liverpool. We have tried different phones. Until a couple of days ago the signal was strong. I’m missing important calls.
