    @giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

    Joined @giffgaff on 1st November , it’s now 19th November and still don’t have a signal , most days it’s non existent, wish I had stayed with @ThreeUK now , giff gaff tells me a mast is broken but it seems like it’s going to never be fixed as it’s been broken since I joined

    @YardleyShooting @NicolaCairnX @TalkTalk Giffgaff. If they don’t perform, you stop paying and go elsewhere. Deals are good. Piggybacks the O2 network.

    @giffgaff Ahh it must just be mine then 😣 having broadband issues also so maybe that's why it wouldn't connect, I turned WiFi off then WhatsApp Facebook or insta wouldn't work so I assumed it was my data 🙈 sorry x

    Day 12. Internet is no longer dropping out every few minutes. It's now just constantly out now. I am genuinely considering getting a 4G dongle and an unlimited 4G plan with GiffGaff and ditching broadband altogether. It's proven itself to be highly unreliable and very slow.

    @BowfinArse @giffgaff @O2 Been logged out of the app too. When I try to log back in it won't recognise my fingerprint or password. Trouble at mill, clearly.
