@giffgaff Yes several times but they said they can’t help me till the mast is fixed the app says you may have more information by 26th November but how can you leave your customers with no connection for a month ? I paid £10 when I joined , when I’m at work I have no signal all day

@giffgaff So now they are saying they can’t help me mum “ we are web based we don’t call”. So please don’t use giff gaff if you have a problem it’s a total nightmare as they won’t talk to you eventhough they are a mobile phone provider network #giffgaffTheyJustWontHelpYou

I quite often moan about poor service on here, so it’s only fair to commend @giffgaff for replacing my phone immediately, no fuss, when the battery failed this week as it approached its first birthday 👍

Daniel You’ll still be able to use your phone in the EU if you have credit, but you'll be charged 3.2p/minute, 1p/text, 0.36p/MB (less than a penny). If you have a goodybag but no credit, you won’t be able to use the giffgaff service in the EU.

@giffgaff Hi Lads, what is up with the terrible new voice on the voicemail. It makes me want to never listen to my voicemails again. Dreadful!
