@sunshinesarahxo @giffgaff Really? I can. My phone was stolen, trying to get a new sim is disgusting, as well as that, they give my personal data to a drug dealing neighbour who I have police issues with - and I've been with them for years

@went57 Hi. It can take up to 24 hours for a number transfer to be fully completed. During this time please reboot your phone off and on again a few times, as this should help - giffgaff Jade

How did I know it was a scam? Firstly, I use Giffgaff, not EE, so there should be no problem. Secondly, the link looks suspicious. Thirdly, the phone number is a mobile number, if it was EE, it would come up as such. Normally, other clues can be found in grammar & spelling.

@giffgaff I am trying to contact you through your website for an hour. Not easy to get help. I need to talk to an agent. That is frustrating!

Right, yet another promise from @giffgaff about a sim turning up today (sent 1st class mail, and emailed too). Not number 1 for customer service. Its diabolical. So now, let's hope it turns up on Monday huh? Waste of space network.

@giffgaff your customer service is dreadful. I'm still waiting on a sim card, because you guys can't be arsed to check addresses and send it to the wrong one. So much for data protection.

@giffgaff I’m slightly concerned as I signed in to all of my various accounts including banking etc and set up my iPhone keychain before it powered down. I’m worried that if I send it off someone could access all of my accounts if they replaced the battery as it’s tied to my iCloud account
