@Mark_Antony_3 @JoshBond94 @giffgaff You will need to wait for a response from an agent given the provided timeframe. Telefonica will be unable to assist as support cases are managed differently.

@giffgaff Hey GiffGaff, got my sim today and have been trying to activate for the past hour. It's not letting me login using my email and I can't remember my member name. Texting 43430 doesn't help. Any suggestions please.

  • Mark_Antony_3 Mark Bradfield (@Mark_Antony_3) reported

Dont join @giffgaff you request refund due to breach of contract and they ignore you. I have had to involve my bank, small claims court and trading standards for fraud. They are in serious trouble now

  • Mark_Antony_3 Mark Bradfield (@Mark_Antony_3) reported

@giffgaff HEY. UNLESS YOU WANT A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU. CAN YOU RESPOND TO MY MULTIPLE MESSAGES

  • Mark_Antony_3 Mark Bradfield (@Mark_Antony_3) reported

See if @giffgaff will be slow in refunding when threatened with legal action, which will involve damages, court costs, solicitors fees. Could easily be over £1k but if they would comply it would be alot cheaper

  • SamanthaGoodr15 Samantha Goodridge (@SamanthaGoodr15) reported

@giffgaff hey, how easy is it to cancel as my friend has had to involve his MP as he's not had a response

  • Mark_Antony_3 Mark Bradfield (@Mark_Antony_3) reported

@1BenBaller @JoshBond94 @giffgaff Nah. I want my money back to go to a better network
