@LaurenJ77 @SkyHelpTeam I know, this as does most of Chelmsford. It’s on the BT page.O2, giffgaff etc have it on their service status, yet Sky insist they know nothing.I don’t want to play the ‘I’m a clinically extremely vulnerable keyworker’ card but..! Seriously, sort it out sky! You’re a comms company!

@kellymorti Hi Kelly. We're very sorry to hear that. We are an exclusively online network, so we don't have a telephone number, unfortunately. Our DM's are open if you'd like to send us a DM. - giffgaff Emer.

@rudeasHECK @s8mb I’ve been on GiffGaff for years, and very happy with it. Partly because everyone I call is also on it, so calls are free. Usually have wifi, even in normal times. Hadn’t heard of Voxi until today. Will have a look (Vodafone’s network was better in Oxford, last time I checked).

@Nickhalo01 Example or definition? Example - Boots Advantage Card, O2 Priority, Giffgaff. Definition? Loosely...A brand that's borne with the same DNA and values as its parent company, but one which meets/addresses a different customer need.

@giffgaff Hi. I received a text from GiffGaff this morning telling me that my number will switch over. I haven't instigated this, and I'm not a GG customer. Is there a way you can look into this? I don't have a GG account. Thanks!

Just upgraded to a Galaxy S8 from an S6 Edge. I've inserted my @giffgaff sim and I'm getting poor signal in data and phone. Trying to make a call brings up a no network msg. Any solutions to fixing this?
