Hi, I hope you're well. A quick note to express my frustration that @giffgaff doesn't allow roaming on the full goodybag allowance then charges a ridic £3.68/GB. This is a PITA when abroad for a month+ & not conducive to "customer delight". Any plans to fix this? Thank you. #UX

@O2 @giffgaff I have been driven to where there *is* a signal for half an hour (if I make a call, it works, but I get "conditional forwarding activated*) I suspect they may have been using a Vodafone 3G mast which has just been switched off, so forcing everyone to get a 4G something 😠

@nomoneyforbeer @giffgaff They normally complete mid afternoon, your sim from your old network will stop working and shortly afterwards you number will transfer and while it's happening your giffgaff sim will stop working for a short time. Restarting your phone now and again will show when it's all done.

@alanhdev @giffgaff Funny you should say that. Yes. I've also spent the last week with 3g as my preference for connecting and it was fine but slow. Yesterday (in Manchester) I switched back to 4g and, touch wood, so far it's been fine. A glitch in the matrix perhaps
