  • WarlockSkills The trees speak Latin (@WarlockSkills) reported

@giffgaff Hi @giffgaff it’s been a few hours since you tweeted this and my signal is still not working. It says the 5G mast is down in my area but my phone does not support 5G... what should I do?

  • TheAngelicVA TheAngelicVirtualPA (@TheAngelicVA) reported

@giffgaff So are you going to refund me? And it’s not your engineer is it? You don’t own the infrastructure you piggy back on another provider. Be honest. I’m paying for no service

  • AngelaBurch Angela Burch (@AngelaBurch) reported

@giffgaff you know what would be a good idea for a phone network... to have a phone number yourselves to actually speak to your customers.

  • TommoTommazzi Tommo 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@TommoTommazzi) reported

1/2 Well @giffgaff you really are letting me pull my hair out (what's left of it) How can you have had my wife's phone for repair for a month, not tell me anything about what's happening and now on her page say it's been cancelled....really, really poor from you guys....

  • nacnudus Duncan Garmonsway (@nacnudus) reported

@giffgaff Yes, I did that, and was sent one with an expiry date of today. The problem is that @lebara thinks that means it has already expired.

  • nacnudus Duncan Garmonsway (@nacnudus) reported

@giffgaff Thanks for replying, but I think the problem is with @lebara, since they're the ones who aren't helping. Your website says "If you've submitted your PAC to your new phone company and still haven't been connected, it's time to get in touch with them", which I guess I'm doing now.

  • musichqhull Darren Bunting (@musichqhull) reported

@giffgaff well I've just restarted my phone again and the speed has now increased to 6mb (hurrah) . As I say the same phone & sim card 10 mins down the road & the speed is 20mb+. Its the same with my spare phone which is on Tesco Mobile...so must be coverage I guess.

  • AngelaBurch Angela Burch (@AngelaBurch) reported

@giffgaff I’ve had a response regarding my “repair” today and have been told that the issue isn’t under warranty (faulty battery) and that you want £253 to repair it when the phone only cost £179?!

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@musichqhull Hi. Are you able to try your SIM card in another unlocked phone, or try another network SIM in your phone, to see if their work? As this will determine whether the SIM or the phone is the issue, Darren - giffgaff Jade

  • giffgaff giffgaff | The mobile network run by you (@giffgaff) reported

@EJWoolf Hi Emma. You would need a PAC code to be able to transfer your number to any network. However, you can request a PAC code by texting the word PAC from your current network SIM to 65075. - giffgaff Emer.
