  Technical problem shouldn’t be an excuse for late submissions, if WiFi failed at your house your personal hotspot can be used as wifi on your laptop (pay giffgaff £25 per month you have unlimited data don’t worry) - there’s always a way to submit your work on time, no excuses 🙂

  @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

  @giffgaff sort out your ageist “customer care” approach & call & help my 77 year old mum. You don’t even help me to help her you just send us a barrage of data red tape we can’t deal with. This is how elderly people are marginalised by #giffgaff they just won’t make that call.

  @PhilSheaS @lungsatwork I got a crappy phone with a £5 a month GiffGaff sim for a job I recently did with non-resident on call...100% worth it - switched off when not at work, never had to give randoms at other hosps my personal No & no dodgy calls OOH or when not at work!   giffgaff just dropped the "we're disconnecting your service" email on me. Usage pattern suggests long-term use outside the UK → instant ban. No appeal. No proper refund process mentioned. Just "final position." Really makes you feel valued as a customer.

  @giffgaff Absolute scam company. DO NOT use giffgaff. They just mass-banned tens of thousands of overseas accounts (especially Chinese users) with zero warning. Long-term roaming? Suddenly “against terms”. Account terminated. Remaining balance? Gone. Referral rewards? Stolen. Customer service just copy-pastes the same ****** clause and tells you to **** off. These greedy parasites milked people for years with cheap UK numbers, then when it suited them they flipped the table, locked everyone out and kept the money. No refunds. No negotiation. Just pure theft dressed up as “policy”. giffgaff is not a mobile network. It’s a blackhole for your money. Once they decide you’re no longer profitable or convenient, they will destroy your number and pocket every last cent you prepaid. Stay ******** away. There are better options that don’t rob you the moment you stop being useful to them. Never trust this company. Never give them a single pound.

  @ajzxne Outsourced still means they have to be paid for. We do not know what the arrangement O2 has with Giffgaff for renting network capacity but there are probably options which can be added and removed. Different virtual operators might choose different options.
