    @giffgaff Hi Giffgaff! Something has gone wrong in North Greenwich with your network. Calls keep cutting out here. We’re all going to change network (unless this is just about to fix!) - it’s my husband and I (on Giffgaff) plus a neighbour on Sky (also 02)

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @giffgaff Just like with the last inquiry, that was very unhelpful. Yes, anyone has the ability to take the time to read through the website at the terms and conditions, but this Twitter feed is there to help with specific issues, so don't just refer people to the website. Tks.

    Family visiting needed a local sim. Got @giffgaff prepaid & activation was simple & fast. Catch is you need to get a voucher or credit/debit card to load selected bundle as store could not help and needed browser access to activate sim and load bundle. Otherwise 5 stars :)

    Technical problem shouldn’t be an excuse for late submissions, if WiFi failed at your house your personal hotspot can be used as wifi on your laptop (pay giffgaff £25 per month you have unlimited data don’t worry) - there’s always a way to submit your work on time, no excuses 🙂

    its ridiculous that I had to call @lycamobile @LycamobileUK 9 TIMES, and threaten to try trading standards involved before they resolved my issue! I'll only be using them for 1 month then I'll be using a different phone service provider! Someone like @O2 @giffgaff @EE @Vodafone

    @BreesAnna This is shocking! I’m not at all surprised by the FB app, we’ve heard about that before, but #O2 fraudulently allowing access to their data. I use Giffgaff, which piggybacks their network. At no point was their any instruction. 👞 📱

    @giffgaff got a replacement phone under my month warranty cause the battery was so bad on the previous phone, the battery on this one is just as bad...I have to charge the new phone literally three times a day. Not really right is it
