Nyxie the friendly ghost ๐ป (@nyxiesnook) reported@giffgaff is actually such a legend of a mobile phone company. We pay ยฃ10 a month for our contracts & are able to cancel any time. That's for 15GB of data, unlimited calls & texts. & under certain conditions, you earn credit - usually when you refer someone. Honestly, amazing.

Ken Adams โฐ๏ธ (@mrbrady72) reported@giffgaff Well contacting @giffgaff about this was a complete waste of time, I expected so much better from a company that I valued for their customer ethic and value for money, but it just goes to show that the true measure of a company's worth only shows when something goes wrong.

a box full of owls (@howlieT) reportedHonestly, the main problem with @giffgaff as a network is that if you have a non account issue it relies on the stack overflow method of help. Love to hope a random stranger sees my question and knows the answer guys!

David McNally (@dmcnally) reportedffs @giffgaff really needs a way to be able to manage multiple sim cards under one account. Can't log on to the kids account to add data because of stupid 2 factor auth.

Campras (@campras) reported@giffgaff Checked: And yes, itโs enabled. My iPhone connects but with no signal bars with any provider and Iโm in the same place where I was regularly connected 8 days ago and anyone else gets signal. Any other suggestion?

Stephan Roth (@SEP_Roth) reportedHaving to unlock your @giffgaff account over Twitter is absurd. If security and customer service is a main concern, I highly doubt having people message over Twitter fulfills either objectives. Why not just have a call service?
