@mancubeza Ohh that makes sense now 🥲 Yeah Giffgaff is great, I’ve never had any issues with it and have been using it for years! I found the cheapest thing to do with phones is buy cash, or on a 3 part 0 interest payment plan, and then just do protect my bubble & a sim only package

@jon87152705 @giffgaff exactly the same thing happened to me today. iphone 7 instead of galaxy s10+. I'm so glad I didn't take their offer to sell my current phone and be left up **** creek.

@axemonkey Did you have any mail forwarding configured with Giffgaff? DNS caching wouldn't normally be an issue after that long.

@giffgaff Thank you, it's not your issue, my issue is with @VOXI_UK taking £20 from my bank account when they KNEW they weren't going to be able to give me the service I'm paying for... when they refund me, I'll be putting the credit on the Giffgaff SIM. This is once too many times.
