    @MatthewBridges @giffgaff Hi Matthew, most banks require you to use their app to approve the transaction, might be worth calling the bank to mention the trouble you're facing

    @chrisssully @giffgaff @Ofcom Also, they require it to be sent within 60 seconds. It's possible you don't have good signal.

    @giffgaff Been a customer for almost 12 years & in the past 6 months my data speed has dropped to where I can't even open a bank app. I used to be able to work on my phone. Not a hissy fit, I just want you to know that your data network has become utterly crap. I'm off.
