@giffgaff your 5G network in Manchester barely responds. How do I stop my iPhone from using it and just stay on 4g instead ?

@giffgaff what's happening with 4g and mobile connections around Northwich? For months now the signal just keeps dropping randomly and today I had no connection 4-5 times throughout the day. I need constant internet access for my job and this is getting ridiculous.

@markkitchen5 We are an online only mobile network, meaning we do not have a customer service number, Mark. If you've contacted our agents through your account, please pass along your case reference number via DM, so we can chase this up with the team for you - giffgaff Jade

@englishpaulm I have a US SIM card from T-Mobile and a UK one from giffgaff. The latter is easy to use, cheap, and I never ever get spam calls. Not enough consumer-centric rules on US carriers when it comes to mobile networks

@giffgaff I did yes and had no signal for 24 hours. I have just manually joined a network instead of automatic and it appears to be working now. Network called "I TIM". I hope this is correct? I will use this and see if it works everywhere I go. Thanks

@AnxietyYT Personally jumped ship to Giffgaff (O2). I’ve been with them before and they’ve never done me wrong. Plus their web portals actually seem to, like, work.

@giffgaff 24 hours for a reply when realistically a quick phonecall could sort it. I mean a telecoms company that has no customer service number???? Sounds iffy from the get go
